Excellent. The roof looks new.

The AccuWash staff were extremely knowledgeable about all the science involved in the process -- chemistry and physics. They were extremely well prepared to protect everything on the ground. They were precise about each step they took, cleaned up perfectly. They were courteous, on time, the results were spectacular and have remained so. Their prices are very competitive and the value excellent. The roof looks new and the work was done without harm to any plant life in the beds under the roof, or to the fish in a pond close to the back of the house.

Accu-Wash was terrific. I think they came out the same day I called to do the estimate (maybe the next day). I called back several weeks later to schedule the cleaning for the following week. They showed up on time, and after they were done the roof and house looked so much better. We had a lot of black streaking on the north part of the rood, and that is all gone. The roof looks practically new again. The siding and gutters had a lot of green on them, and they are gleaming white now (except for a few rust streaks, but they wont' clean off no matter what you use. It's old siding.) I didn't realize until the day of the cleaning that the man I scheduled to glaze the tub on the same day would need to have the bathroom window open a good part of time. They all worked it out with no problems, good communication. When they washed the front fence they were careful about the mulch which had just been put down the previous week.

The overall quality was excellent. From my initial phone call through estimate to scheduling, everything was done as described. I would recommend Accu Wash to anyone interested in these services.

My wife track them down on Angieslist. We were very pleased with everything they did. When they were done it was as clean as it could be expected. They were very prompt. So I would give them an A grade overall!

My call was returned immediately, and scheduled the following week at my convenience, They showed up on time and completed the job as they said they would.

We are selling our home and our roof looked old due to the black streaking. Several people that looked at our home thought our roof needed to be replaced. Our home is 15 years old with a 30 year roof so it still has many years left. Called and spoke to Morgan at AccuWash and told her we needed the roof cleaned ASAP. She was very helpful and fit us into their busy schedule a few days after we spoke. The crew showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about algae and the safest way to clean it off without damage or wear to the roof. After they finished the roof looked brand new. I couldn't believe how great it made the house look and for days after my husband and I kept commenting how Accuwash did such a great job. We would recommended them without hesitation.

It initially was going smoothly and at that point was going to use the company again in the future. The deck was cleaned in a timely manner with no problems. The deck staining was a different story. I was told in order to stain the deck the wood needed to be dry which required there needed to be three consecutive days free of rain which did not occur. Several attempts were made to schedule the staining of the deck which were then cancelled due to rain. In the meantime, I received a voice mail message from Accu Wash office stating that the job needed to be finished as Accu Wash was "losing money" on my job and she would just as well pay me to have another company stain my deck. I don't have control over the weather. The deck was stained almost a month after I received the original estimate. I came home to inspect the job and discovered that one section of the deck did not get stained. I spoke to my neighor several days later and learned that she had offered to allow the workers to place their ladder in her yard in order to reach the section of the deck that was missed and they declined. I am amazed at the lack of intergity, concept of consumer service, and professionalism I experienced utilizing this company. I will never use this company again, have shared and will continue to share my experience with others.

The team at Accu-Wash did a fantastic job. They came when scheduled (while we were not home) and the place was sparkling when we returned. Algae was completely gone from the roof and walkways. The woodwork looks new and is ready for staining. I'm glad we went for the whole project instead of just doing the deck and walkway. I will use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

I have a fence that surrounds my townhouse and had not power washed it for several years. With my work schedule I have very little time to do this task myself, so I searched Angie's List to find a contractor to perform this service for me. I located Accu Wash, they were offering a coupon for $250 off. I purchased the coupon, then called them to set up a time for an estimate. They arrived within 48 hours to measure my fence line and estimate the cost for the cleaning and sealing. I was able to negotiate a favorable price and they set up the appointment immediately. After the power wash was completed several of my neighbors told me that it looked like I had a new fence installed. Accu Wash did a great job and a week later when they returned to apply the sealant, I was at work. Once I got home, the fence was sealed, it looks great. I highly reccommend Accu Wash for your power wash needs.

They were very good. I recommend them highly. It came out better than I expected. We has a fungus build up and they cleaned it perfectly. They were very reasonable.

It worked just fine. They were very professional. They got here when they were supposed to. They took care of the problems quickly and they were gone.

They were efficient and fast, and when done, all the algae was gone.

Accu Wash owners are exeptionally knowledgeable about every aspect of their work and the materials used. For example, the first lines of the proposal given me read, "We use the ARMA approved method of a sprayed chemical solution consisting of sodium hypochlorite, isopropyl alcohol, and surfactant to help it stick. The solution is contained and controlled to protect the homeowner's property at all times during the process." The treatment is meant to combat gloeocapsa magma algae, moss, and lichen. The Accu Wash owner is certified by the Asphalt Roof Manufacturers Association (ARMA) as a roof cleaning instructor. These folks knew lots more than other companies I called. In addition their customer service is exquisite. The representative I dealt with was Morgan Clickner at 410-482-4367. We have a pond in the back yard that begins a few feet from the house and runs downhill. It has plants all around it and fish in it. To protect the pond, the Accu Wash team covered the area. The assistant placing the cover moved some of the rocks at the top of the pond to hold the cover down. The rocks were not replaced precisely as needed and some leaking of the pond water resulted. I called the person who cares for my pond and he came by to place the rocks just where they needed to be. Accu Wash was very concerned about what happened, immediately said they would provide enhanced to the assistant who moved the rocks, without my suggesting it they offered to pay any cost incurred in order to stop the leak, and stayed in touch with me to make sure the problem was completely solved to my satisfaction. Accu Wash (Morgan) could not have been more gracious, concerned, embarrassed and humble about what happened. The pond is fine and the roof is spotless. This is a company that really cares about customer satisfaction!
