Within about an hour of when I searched Angie's List looking for a provider we received a call from Joe. He had work scheduled and wasn't sure when he might be able to get to us but would see if he could reschedule since we had no water. Twenty minutes later he called back, telling us he could be here in about a half hour to diagnose our problem. A half hour later he was checking out our well system, found the pump had died. It tool him about an hour and a half to get supplies and a couple hours later we were set with a new water pump, great water pressure and you wouldn't know the well head had been uncovered and the pump replaced. Very neat! Joe explained everything throughout the job, encouraged questions. Professional in all respects.

Joe diagnosed the problem immediately and made the repair quickly. Very, very professional demeanor and service.

Joe Tull(owner) was great from the first time I spoke to him. He showed up on time, gave me a great rate on the work that had to be performed and checked in with me a couple of times after to make sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend to Straight Plumbing for any work you may have. I have recommended Straight Plumbing to a couple of neighbors and they all have said great thinks about him.

Joe came by the same day I reached out to him to fix the shower arm and check out the sink. He wound up being able to fix the sink as well (after running out real quick for some parts) which is such a relief. We had been working with the plumber provided by the warranty which want working out too well and was dragging on. Everything was done quickly, neatly, and with minimal intrusion into the walls. I would gladly hire Joe for any future plumbing issues.

Joe has taken care of the issue and fixed it immediately.
