Overall, job paid for was complete. Hoped getting the wall put back together was an option, but removing the mold was important

The company agreed to see my home within days of calling them. He was friendly and professional. He evaluated the mold growth and determined the cause and cleaned/removed the mold the same day. His prompt service put me at ease and made me feel more secure about my child sleeping in his room. I would definitely hire this company again.

Bruce was very responsive to my call. We scheduled an appointment 2 business days after our first contact. Bruce was on-time and very professional. He looked at the basement and said it was a good waterproofing job and looked at the mold area - and it turns out its the type of mold we can remove ourselves by peeling the paint off. I couldn't be more grateful for his integrity in looking at our problem. Because of that I would call them again, use them and will highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs mold remediation.

Bruce arrived on time for his estimate and scheduled the work within a week. The work was done when promised and for the amount of the estimate. The basement was completely cleaned out and treated. He was onsite with his crew when I showed up unexpectedly to talk with him about the work. They left the area impeccably clean. This was such a great experience for me! I contacted the company several times in an attempt to schedule a time for them to come out to my home to give me a quote. Eventually, I was able to make contact with a company representative. She asked me to text her my address and desired date for the visit. Upon completing this request, the representative responded to say that she would contact me soon to schedule a visit. A week went by, and I did not receive a call, email, or text from the representative/company. I followed up via text message but received no response. I recommend not working with this company if you are looking for efficiency and responsiveness.

Bruce was on time and fit us in quickly for a free estimate. Upon arrival, he inspected the area with water damage and quickly determined that we did not have a mold issue. He also gave us some helpful information about mold generally as well as our specific issue. We were very happy with his honesty and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

When this company came to inspect my home- where I thought there was a problem, I was immediately informed that I did not have a mold problem. He literally wiped what I thought was mold away with his hand, and told me use some Lysol to take care my bathroom cabinet. I am thankful for his honesty and the fact that I didn't have to spend any money for his services. If I ever develop mold in my home, my first choice would be mid-atlantic mold and restoration! The Gentleman that came out to inspect was very kind and knowledgeable!

Excellent. Bruce is extremely honest and professional. I called Bruce after an exterminator warned me that he saw mold in my basement. Bruce came the next day, arrived exactly on time and upon visual inspection, told me that I did not have a mold issue. He could have easily set up treatment and I would have paid as I was afraid for the health of my family but Bruce is about as honest as they come. Jason

Bruce, Jenny and crew did a fantastic job, were punctual and finished when they said they would. Very friendly and discussed all findings with me.

They were able to fit me in within a day of calling and were very professional and polite. Bruce and his daughter did the work of removing drywall with black mold and insulation above so it was free of all mold ready for plumber.

Went very well. The owner, Bruce, was prompt and very professional; he is knowledgeable about his work and seems fair. He recognized the problems and came up with workable solutions; he also worked with me on my budget. The crew did an excellent job, were punctual, cleaned up well and notified me of other problem areas- broken sump pump, etc. which they subsequently helped repair at no additional charge. Overall I think they did a great job - this is hard dirty work. I feel confident that I had a reasonable estimate and went with the right company; I would definitely recommend them for any crawlspace work - if the job entails more than mold and restoration they will help identify what other contractors may be needed.
