+ -1 moreI spoke with the owner's nephew Jonathon for an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely courteous. We walked through the property and discussed the work to be done. He made some notes and called with an estimate later that evening. He came in way under in price than other estimates I received. The crew showed up on time and got started immediately. One guy did hit a water pipe below the shutoff valve with a sledge hammer, and we had to call the water company to come out and turn the valve off at the street. Not a big deal though. The finished the job in one day and did great work.
Description of Work: Interior demolition of a row house on capitol hill.

Description of Work: I first hired this company in March of 2006 to demo the inside of a house I needed to remodel. I buy and sell foreclosed homes and sometimes these homes are left in quite a distressed state. JC Demolition emptied a house full of junk. I think they used about 6-30 yard dumpsters. They did an excellent job! Joe Cobey quoted a price in the beginning and I added onto the project after it got underway. He provided a good price and everything was completed to my satisfaction. They also removed some trees, leveled a patch of land, and excavated an area on the side of the house. They've worked on three other projects for me since then.
