Really good customer service. They were good clean and professional! Gave me all the directions and the warranty, explained everything. They were excellent!

The service included 3 visits to our home, first to measure the area, then to install the glass, and lastly to replace one glass panel that did not meet their specifications. In each instance, the installers were on time, worked efficiently, and took great care with the surrounding area.

From e-mail contact to phone contact to measurement to installation, this job was performed competently and courteously. These people know what they're doing. I plan to use their services again.

This was the best experience with a contractor that I have ever had PERIOD! The price was in line with 2 other estimates that I received. I chose Shower Door King because of their reputation and they did not disappoint in any area. They answered my initial call and setup a home visit for an estimate. They gave me a specific time and showed up a few minutes early. I LOVE THAT. The estimate was in a day or so of my call. Other estimates took from 1 to 2 weeks. Luckily I had done those others earlier. The estimator was very knowledgeable and discussed all my options. He measured meticulously wanted to account for the slight slope in my wall. I wanted to remove the old door myself and he gave me great tips on how to do that properly. He said they would provide the estimate later that day and sure enough it came in email before the end of the work day. The drawings were nice and the price was right. They even gave me a service related discount due to my former work that I had not even asked for. Now that's a company you want to do business with. A little under 2 weeks later (as promised) the door had been fabricated and they scheduled the install. Again they gave me a specific time and arrived a little early again. The installers were 2 young and very polite men. They got to work and took their time to get it right. Their work area was kept clean with drop cloths and vacuum cleaners and the door looks Fabulous. You won't be disappointed if you use Shower Door King.

Once again, they did an excellent job. They arrived promptly for the measurement and the installation. They were professional, accurately told me how long the installation would take and completed it in exactly that period of time. We are very happy with the results.

These guys were great and the highlight of my bathroom remodel. They came when they said they would, did the work quickly and perfectly and gave me full decision-making power about details. My shower looks fantastic and is the centerpiece of the bathroom. I doubt I'll need glass again soon, but if I do I'll call these folks right away.

Installers were great. Poor communication from the office staff. I had to call and find out if door had arrived after a month. Set up appt for today in the morning but I had to change to after 9:30. Was told they had to squeeze in another job and it would be noon. At 12:30 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called the office. A call was made to installer who called me and said it would be 45 minutes. I had to cancel two appointments as I didn't know how long it would take for the installation.

I highly recommend this company. I got 2 bids on this project. This company worked with me so I felt comfortable to pay the price negotiated for the services I wanted. From beginning to end, they were so responsive. They called me to follow up, answer any questions and always kept me informed of what was happening. I could not be more happy with the final product. I have had my share of people who say they will show up and do work, but never do. It was wonderful to deal with a company with such integrity. If you need a shower door, call this company. You will not be disappointed.

We decided to replace a plastic shower cover with a glass door. I visited 2 shops (a glass shop and a bathroom shop) as well as having Alfred from ShowerDoor King come to our house. All three estimates were equal but SDK was the only company willing to cone out without already signing a contract. He explained my options as well as what and what not to do. It took about a week to have the door made. When they delivered the door one piece was not the correct size. They took full responsibility and had another door made and ready for delivery in one week. To me that is very impressive as they did not blame others but fixed the problem without any aggravation. I would recommend them 100%.

Process was professional and owner met my tile contractor to ensure that walls were being built to spec in order to support the glass I wanted. Owner went over options and ideas and communicated with me and my contractor thru the entire process. I was very pleased with the end result...it looks amazing

We remodeled the master bath with a neo corner shower. When Al came to measure, he discovered that the shower base where the door would open was tilted 1/8" in the wrong direction. He clearly showed me with the level what the issue was and said he could not install the shower walls because the water would always drain out when the door was open and cause a mildew and moisture problem. We were disappointed and the contractor had to come out and redo the shower step. Once it was redone, Al came out the next day to measure again and expedited the order in hope that it would be installed before New Years Eve. Derrick and Nathan installed it and did a great job on 12/30! I highly recommend working with this company. They were very professional and the cheapest of 3 quotes.

Tracey was very professional and responsive to my call and scheduling. Since I was off from work for a short period of time she worked my job into the schedule and offered a great price. The team of 3 young men called to let me know the time of their arrival which was within the time I was originally provided. The young men were extremely knowledgable of the task at hand, were very attentive, respectful, and responsive to my requests. They were a pleasure to work with, the frameless shower was installed perfectly, the area was kept clean, and they completed the work within 2 hours! I have a lot of work done on my home - It was a pleasure to have these young men in my home. I would definitely call Shower Door King back again and highly recommend them.

It went very well. Since they are internet based we could not see the hardware in person prior to engaging them but they brought samples with them at the measurement appointment. The installers were professional. The factory had sent the wrong size door handle for the tub enclosure so they put on a temporary handle, contacted the factory and were back in a few days to install it. We are very pleased with the results.

The prior owner of our home had done a poor job installing a frameless shower door and it leaked very badly. I called Shower Door King and Tracey fielded my call. She was very helpful, patient & professional. She asked me to email a few photos so that the owner could evaluate the nature of the problems and figure out how to fix them. Her helpful questions helped Shower Door King diagnose the scope of the problems even before sending out its team. There were several problems -- including the fact that the shower door curb wasn't level and tilted slightly outward, necessitating removal and reinstallation of the marble curb as well as the shower door. We called at an extremely busy time (just before the Christmas holidays) but Shower Door King made time for us, and did outstanding work. We really appreciated Shower Door King's willingness to take on this project -- even though our shower door is an off brand they don't normally work with. Nathan & Derrick removed & reinstalled the door, first resetting the sill. They're a superb team, and worked over a weekend to get the shower functioning before the Christmas holidays. I recommend Shower Door King most enthusiastically.

Shower King is a small company that takes the customer experience very seriously. The owner provided a free estimate and provided very good advice on completing the project to achieve the best results. Tracey is charge of scheduling and is a pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable of the services offered and can answer questions regarding the product ad service. The installers, Jaime and Christopher did a great job. All services performed by Shower King were punctual, professional and they kept a clean working environment. I received 3 quotes and Shower King beat out everyone. Not just because of the price, but also the confidence that they will provide an excellent product and do an awesome job. Excellent experience from start to finish.

Shower Door King was very responsive. They provided an estimate soon after the request from us, and made suggestions on the way to improve the look of the old mirror arrangement. The cost was reasonable. On the day of delivery the installers removed their shoes before coming into the house, and completed the project in just a short time. We would definitely use them again.

Shower Door King was great to work with thru out the entire process. Tracy in the office was very responsive and followed up often, which was really appreciated. They offered expert advise which was also appreciated. Jaime and Christopher who were the installers were very nice, very professional. Shower Door King did an excellent job with our installation. Their measurement rep was knowledgeable and helped to design the final door layout. When the door installation was done, the job site was left spotless and the installation is gorgeous. The door wasn't exactly what we expected, but only due to our own assumptions about the final product. We've called Shower Door King a couple of times since the installation with questions about follow-on issues, and found the company very responsive and willing to tweak our installation with a site visit if needed. So, we feel as though the door quality is equaled by the quality of the company itself. Would recommend highly!

I contacted Shower Door King via Angie's List and Al came out and looked at the shower enclosure and what it would take to replace with a frameless shower enclosure. It involved some detailed trimming of portions of the stone that supported the door but it was done professionally by Tom. The enclosure was installed today and it looks beautiful. The installers, Derrick and Nathan, were professional and courteous and wanted to insure we were pleased with the results. All of the employees I dealt with - Al, Tom, Tracey, Derrick and Nathan, were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them highly to anyone who wants to replace their current shower enclosure with a frameless one.
