Shower Door King

Excellent work. I contacted Shower Door King for a possible install for my mother, who is 91. First contact was with Tracey, we established a good rapport from the start. She was very pleasant and easy to talk with. A young lad came out to measure, has been in the business for 12 years. He noticed a grab bar would have to be moved over a few inches, but, he said they would that for no charge. After submitting a proposal, we accepted with the options of a thicker glass, and a glass protectant. I was not there for the install, however, my sister and mother said, both installers were fast, friendly, and efficient. She was very happy with the work they did, and would definitely use them again.

It looks fantastic. This is a very professional and detailed oriented company. The owner came and did the exact measurements. Tracey managed the order and delivery process. Al came and suggested design modifications. The fixed glass panel and door were replaced by much sturdier glass panel and French door with towel bar on the inside (that my husband could use for balance) and an additional grab bar. Derrick and Nathan came and did the installation. It worked out very well and my husband is much more comfortable. In addition, the panel and French door are very attractive.

Fantastically!!! We loved working with Shower Door King! It is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. The person who answered the phone gave us detailed descriptions of what our options might be when we explained our situation. She had fantastic suggestions. We had a basic quote within 24 hours. Then, once we agreed with that, we were scheduled for an official quote and measurement. The gentleman who came was very professional and kind. They explained the door would be custom made and arrive in about 2 weeks and be installed in about 2 hours. That is exactly what happened. Our install team was Jaime and Christopher. They were super. They explained how to take care of our new door. Installed and cleaned up any mess. The door was installed beautifully. They were just fantastic to work with and very nice people. Definitely will recommend this company to everyone we know and we will use the again in the future to replace other shower doors in our home. I am not sure how the price compares with others, but the service, professional and nice people sold us on trying out this company.

Great. They were open to consider my custom options. They never just said "OK" to what I wanted, rather we entered in to a discussion of the pros and cons of safety, quality, appearance, workmanship, and cost of each option. To me this was an indication of their experience. I was convinced they knew what they were doing! Their attention to detail throughout the project demonstrated their commitment to customer service. I didn't experience any issues with them. They came on-time and spent about one hour to install. They were friendly and had a sense of humor. After they were finished, they left the bathroom cleaner than when they had arrived. I am very happy that I selected the Shower Door King. Their bid wasn't the lowest. Their confidence, personal services, and quality made the difference. They exceeded my expectations. My wife loves the doors. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend that they be considered for your project.

Shower doors have never rolled more smoothly. Excellent work. Only complaint was that it took 3 months to get pieces.

They kept all their appointments and were on time. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable. He had to figure out how to install doors since the contractor put one of the walls at the wrong angle and he was able to do it in a real clever and smart way. They were not pushy and they were extremely professional. They did beautiful work and I would highly recommend them.

This company does it right! Communications were excellent throughout entire process! I received phone calls confirming arrival times for both the measurement/estimate appointment, as well as installation appointment. They were very punctual to time committed. Alfred is clearly an expert, which is important when having to have such precise measurements! Derrick and Nathan installed the glass and were also very professional. They let me know it they would take approximately 2 hours and they got right to work! They were very meticulous, and clearly took pride in their work! It would be nice to have more businesses value customers in the matter this one does!

It took a little longer than expected and they had to cancel an installation appointment at the last minute due to an illness in the crew, but overall they were very professional and responsive. We would definitely hire them again!

It was great. The installers were very professional and the customer service rep was very responsive. The only (slight) negatives are that the installation took a week longer than they thought (still within contract though) and we found out later (too late) that we had handle options. In their defense, we weren't there when they measured - our contractor was, so maybe that was when it would have mentioned the handles. Overall, we are very happy with the shower glass and the company.

Everything went great. "Big Al'" showed up when scheduled and assessed the situation. Pointed out that the more expensive frameless system I wanted would simply not work well in our bath and after a "demo" we agreed that neither my wife, nor I, nor likely anyone on the planet, had long enough arms to make that idea work. Settled on a semi-frameless model and paid extra to get 3/8" glass and the glass coating. Shower door system was installed two weeks later by Patrick and Nate who did a great job and gave us an overview of use and cleaning as well. I am very happy with the results and will do business again if the occasion arises.

From the first phone call, measurement, and install, everything went perfectly. This company is very organized and easy to deal with. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

I contacted Shower Door King since they did my first door and they immediately sent a crew to try to fix the first door. After it was determined that it would not fit they prepared a replacement door and delivered it in a timely manner. They were very easy to work with.

After nearly a year of going in and out of Bath & Kitchen stores trying to remedy a problem with our shower door, someone referred me to Shower Door King. I called and before the week was out someone came to take a look and measure. At first they thought they might be able to fix the misbehaving doors, but it turns out they no longer make them. We elected to replace the shower doors. Within a couple of weeks the new shower doors were in and ready to be installed, but there was a problem with the tile when removing the existing frame. The folks at Shower Door King referred us to an excellent tile person who was able to squeeze us in and two days later the door was installed. After months of trying to find a fix, or someone willing to simply install a shower door without redoing the entire bathroom, Shower Door King was a godsend. I very much appreciated everyone's professionalism and courtesy. Tracey on the phone was most helpful; Jaime and Christopher installed the shower door efficiently and cleaned up after themselves better than I would. I highly recommend shower door king.

From the estimate to the install all was perfect. Derrick and Nathan did both and were very timely and professional.

It went well. When I had an issue with one of the water strips, an installer came right back to rectify the problem. I would definitely use them again.

From the initial appoint through installation, it could not have been handled any better. The initial sales call was perfect, with the gentleman being on time, professional and offered his recommendations as to what should be done without selling us things we did not need or ask for. The installers, Jaime and Christopher were also on time and extremely quick leaving a very professional installation. We could not be happier.

Shower Door King and their full staff did an amazing job installing our two frameless shower doors. They were professional and courteous thru out the process. They helped us narrow down our options and made some great suggestions on the way. We are very happy with our new doors and look forward to working with them in the future for other projects. They were terrific! They came out to measure on a Friday - as promised - and the quote came in less than the original. They also came out on a Saturday to install the door - arrived on-time and installed the door quickly. They cleaned up and removed the old door and panel. They called me each step of the way. I was not home during the installation, but they worked with me to arrange final payment. Very accommodating and would recommend them to anyone who needs a new shower door.

The whole process went very well. They were professional, responsive and friendly throughout the estimate, measurement, and installation process. I found some errors in the specifications on my order sheet (i.e., details that I had specified were not accurately portrayed on the order form they sent me), so one should be careful to review that, but that was simple to correct. The final product is beautiful and all the people with whom I spoke and who came to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. Moreover, they arrived on time -- for both visits -- and called me when they were on their way. Full disclosure: after I paid for the service, the company sent me a note indicating that if I posted a review on Angie's List, they would send me a squeegee and glass cleaner. That does reduce my trust in the integrity of grades of providers Angie's List, but squeegee or no, I did have a positive experience with this provider.

This company was right on time with experienced staff. They did what they said and when they said they would do it. Their price was competitive (not low) I choose them because of their good references and I made the right choice. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.
