Long Fence

Description of Work: When we got our last dog, decided to fence in some of the back yard, so he would have a secure place to "do his business" and not leave the property. From the sales cycle, to the install, everything went smoothly. The quality of the material they used was much better than I'd find at the big box home stores.

Description of Work: They did not show up for the second day of the project and it took me several calls to track down the reason for the "no show". They had neglected to order enough materials. After the project was complete I had to clean up the back yard of flag markers and plastic bags. We also has to secure all the fence caps.

Description of Work: They installed a new fence for us.

Description of Work: I needed a chain linked fence repaired and a gate - where trees had fallen and caused damage. I waited all day for the salesman to come by my house - it was raining a lot btw. After giving him a 2 hour grace period, I called the company and had them make the salesman return my call. He said he did not come by because something was wrong with the phone number. I asked him why he didn't call the home office back and make sure he had the right number. All he could say was duh, seriously. Personally, I didn't think he wanted to get his little tootsies wet. Anyway we rescheduled the visit, and it wasn't the day day or the day after either. He came by and finally did the estimate. By this time I was so frustrated I called another fence company which beat Long's guestimate by 10%. It gets even better as Long Fence called me back 2 weeks later with the final estimate. I said no thanks as the work had already been done by a company which acted like they wanted my business.

Description of Work: They put a privacy wood fence in. We needed to get the perimeter around the lot we own done, so they added a chained link fence with two gates.

Description of Work: They installed a new gate for my fence. They had to put new posts in the ground.

Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for a fence. We have used them in the past. They were not impressive in how they presented themselves to us this time around.
