Herrod Brothers

We hired Herrod Brothers to remodel 2 bathrooms for us. They perform all the work without the use of subcontractors except for the shower doors. They take great pride in their work and it is evident in the quality and workmanship. They are very polite and respectful of your property. We would definitely hire them again.

Hard working when they got here, but often but often one did not come in, and the other didn't start until 9-10 a.m. High quality work but could have been finished much quicker.

They breached the contract did not do anything according to the contract. Tried to push stuff upon me that I did not ask for or want.

For a company with 40+ years as they reminded us several times, would of expected better while others may have gotten great / good work, we cannot agree, their work in our remodel speaks for itself, don't give them any tiles bigger than 12 by 12. They didn't bother to hang plastic during the demo, while we were told ;we had it out in the truck so we have a house full of dust because it seemed to be a problem to just hang it. They stated issues with the girl cleaning services, so we ended up cleaning. The overall job is poor you can see lines where they tried to mate new drywall with old, the paint has runs in it, you can tell where they stopped with the roller, around the electrical boxes, they didn';t even level out the joint compound around them, so therefore the covers don't sit flush, the location of the whole of the old fan was patched, you could still see the outline of it,they did come back and fix it, but that's it. The tiles in the shower / tub area, are either pushed in to far, others sticking out, they are not uniform across the top where they meet the ceiling, or where they meet the tub, the excuses we were given is the tiles are not uniform, the tub is not uniform, excuses after excuse. The vanity faucet drain level hits the back wall when you try close it, to use it, you have to bend it. There is more, could go on. To summarize it, we had proposal's from 2 other companies, they were a lot cheaper, but with less time in the business, we went with the experience over price, which in this case proved wrong. For fun I laid a laser level across the tiles. Anyway we have taken pictures and videos of the whole process. The work speaks for itself.

The brothers were professional, outstanding work and follow up. The customer service was excellent! I even ended up making food for them a few of the days. They became like part of the family. I would absolutely recommend them and already have!

I hired them for one bathroom and ended up doing them all. They were fast, professional and cleaned up every day. They helped with all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend them!

Reasonable, resourseful with issues in an older home. Listened to my concerns and helped to solve problems/issues to my satisfaction. Did not give up on ideas until I was satisfied. Beautiful work. Now I love my kitchen. Floor and countertop are both georgous. Customer service is great too. Came back at my convenience to install the dishwasher that I ordered. Highly recommend this company.

Were professional but friendly, did work in a reasonable time frame, bathroom is BEAUTIFUL, I absolutely love it! As we discussed the contract they made suggestions that were helpful and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for to up date my bath. Cost was middle of the road, not the least or most expensive and I got a great job. Could not ask for more. Intend to do a kitchen remodel in the new year and they will be the first ones that I will call.

Remodeled a full bath and a powder room. The projects turned out well. They are experienced and have been in the business for several years. We encountered a few minor plumbing issues but they were prompt in their response.
