The guys showed up on time, were very professional, and fixed all my electricity problems. I haven't had any problems in 4 years now.

Not very well. Slow in communications. didn't not show up to appointment.

The electrician showed up a half hour early. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He ran the wire in 2 1/2 hours and answered the questions I had about it. It only cost $10 more than the estimated price. My only complaint is that they said the would fix the holes in my ceiling, just one coat of putty, no sanding or painting and they said it was included in the price. He did not do that, he saved the pieces of drywall for me to putty myself but that was it. Overall a job well done.

They were very friendly, reasonably priced and did professional work. They answered my questions and I am very happy with the work.

It started this a.m. at 6:00 with my smoke detectors (hard wired) going off intermittently. It was very scary. I called Got Electric after seeing their reviews around 7:00. They were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Their technician came out after his 2 other scheduled jobs by 10:30 a.m. and replaced all 3. He was pleasant and professional and got the job done quickly. No more noise...they are great.

I called on Monday and received a service appointment for Wednesday morning. The crew was on time and a pleasure to work with. They crossed all issues off my list in a capable and efficient manner. I did not rate them on price because I did not bid anyone else. I will add however that I feel the pricing was fair and I was more concerned with getting it done right than shopping around for such a small job. Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Very pleased.

It was great, they exceeded our expectations. They were very punctual each day, in addition to very responsive to phone calls and emails during the planning and scheduling of the work. Every single person was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They walked us through what had been done each day, any questions they had, and we felt well informed about the work that they were doing and trusted their work. They cleaned up after they were finished. It could not have gone better and we will definitely use them for any electrical work in the future.

I know that we got different estimates and they came in reasonable. The final bill was what we were expecting. We were very happy with them. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They were very neat and tidy. We have not had any problems at all with the work that they did. We would use them again.

When we couldn't get our air conditioner to turn on, we discovered that we had water leaking into the circuit breaker box in the basement from the outside, rusting the circuit breakers and causing them to fail. This called for an immediate repair. I got their name from a relative who had used the company. Todd Grantham came, explained what had happened and what the fix was, gave us an estimate and a start date. He and his assistant Pat arrived as scheduled at 7:30 am and worked straight through until 3:15 pm, completing the work in a day. It was a completely positive experience.

Called company to request information on rates and/or an estimate for several projects to be done in my home. Left message advising that I was familiar with them from work done in my office, and a company van regularly parked in my neighborhood. They never called me back. UPDATE: I finally received a call from someone at Got Electric. While they electrician was knowledgable, he was condescending and obviously not interested in the work. When I commented on how long it had taken for a return call, he said "we're busy". I will be choosing another company for this project.

Really professional and a pleasure to work with. Every one of the 6-8 guys that worked on the job were very polite, helpful, and professional! They cleaned up & reseeded the lawn after they filled up the trench. They even moved the ~800 lb hot tub from the delivery truck, placed it on the pad, filled it up, and showed me how it worked. All that hot tub lifting, placing, etc was extra work they did as a favor. It was not in the estimate nor was it on the final bill! Another favor they did for me was to carry a new bathroom vanity upstairs. It was unrelated to the job we hired them to do. I've never seen such careful cleaning up. It was a very muddy job because the snow on the lawn had recently melted. They cleared all the debris and hosed away all the mud. I hired them to do another job on the spot. I wish everyone we've hired were so professional and helpful!

Showed up on time, were neat and clean. Gave a fair estimate. We needed the work done fairly quickly, and Got was responsive. We were happy with the work.

I had a light fixture that abruptly quit working; I didn't think it was the bulbs, but I tried replacing those in case, and it still didn't work. When GOT Electric arrived, they determined that a box inside the fixture had gone bad and needed to be replaced. They didn't have that part on their truck, needed to go to a store and purchase one, but charged me for their trip time. When he returned, he had also purchased new lightbulbs although I told him I'd already put new ones in there. I repeated I didn't need the new bulbs but he insisted on putting them in anyway, said it was their "policy", and of course, charged me for bulbs I didn't need. They looked at my basement and gave me a quote in line with what I was expecting, and even started to do some of the most important repairs. They weren't bad, they seemed to know what they were doing, were prompt, but I spent more to repair a light fixture than it cost me to buy it in the first place. Not sure if I will use them again or not.

The experience went very well from the phone call to Todd where we discussed logistics and various plans to do the install, to the completion of the work. The two techs were very pleasant and professional to deal with. They discussed a couple of possible routes to take. They completed their work in 2 hours with minimal visible wiring (always a consideration..). They cleaned up any dust, etc. necessitated by the work. I would definitely use them again.

A+++++++++++++++++ I had recently been BURNED with a several BAD contractors (Landscaping as well as home improvement) GOT Electric has restored my faith in home improvement professional services!!!!!!!! They were extremely professional. They sincerely tried to save me money without compromising quality. I never felt like they were pushing non essential extra's on me They took great pride in all they do, from start to finish. They were meticulous - they left the house in perfect condition, no dirt, or trash etc ... After so many bad experiences with contractors - GOT Electric was truly a very welcome breath of fresh air It gave me faith again - on hiring folks to work in your house. I had just about given up - but now - with GOT Electric (and the knowledge and power of Angie's List) - I once again believe in having professionals come into my house

Todd and Grant recently started their own Company. They used to work for another company that was great so I knew they had a lot of experience. They do everything and do a great job at it. They even create things with lighting that I don't believe other companies would even think of doing.
