small appliance repair
+ -1 moreApt was set up yesterday 5/10/2022 for 5/11/22 between the hours of 1 and 3 pm. Oven had a weird smell, told them time was of the essence. I called at 5:15pm (5/11/2022) the owner answered, I asked him if the tech was on his way, he replied that no, tech had been in an accident. I asked him if he had contacted my tenant to let them know, he answered that he had been in an accident. I then asked him to clarify whom had been in an accident, he then said his tech. No, the owner did not call the tenant, he was vague, like he did not know what was going. I understand accident happens, but I did not get a good feeling from him. He was vague about rescheduling, so I told him not to reschedule, I would look for someone else Please make sure you check them as I am concern that they are fly by night operation
