+ -1 moreWinkler Pool Management responded promptly to my initial phone call and showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. I had the appointment time wrong and was not at home when Dave Gitlin, the Consultant, showed up. He left me a message, and I called him back when I arrived back home about half an hour later. He was still in the area, so he kindly agreed to come back.and do the estimate. Dave was personable and professional, and the written estimate he gave a few days later was in the middle of the price range; i had estimates from several other contractors. The main reason I didn't choose Winkler Pool Management for the project is that their focus is commercial pools. I wanted someone who specialized in smaller, residential pools.
Description of Work: I contacted Winkler Pool Management for an estimate for sandblasting and replastering our pool and replacing the concrete deck.

+ -1 moreWinkler was very good about coming out and giving me an estimate. They had to charge me a minimum fee of $500 but the repair service was excellent and they were willing to do the service while other vendors shied away from even giving me an estimate. 15 years ago, a similar repair had cost me about $350 so I figured $500 was probably about right for the current time frame.
Description of Work: I needed some pool tiles repaired.
