Description of Work: I signed up and paid for the Big Deal. But it was difficult to schedule with them. I read online that others had this same problem, but not until after I had paid for the deal. I called again to schedule, was promised a call back, but never got it. No work was every done. I would like my money back.

Description of Work: Following a major flood in our basement, caused by heavy rains, VIP Steemer responded quickly, pulling up rugs, drying out the floor and cutting walls to preclude further damage. They were with us through the entire process, doing a thorough job on each task. Their employees were friendly, on-time and efficient. They helped us during a very trying time - we would certainly use them again!

Description of Work: I bought a carpet cleaning coupon through Angie's Big Deal. The cleaning service was very thorough and professional. The price was extraordinary.

Description of Work: I bought the Angie's List "big deal" to have carpets cleaned by VIP. I scheduled my appointment for them to arrive between 8:30 and 9 a.m. At 8:15, they called to say the technician was "running late" and wouldn't arrive until 10. I told them that doesn't work for me, I scheduled my day around this, and wanted my money back. Was told I have to call Angie's list for a refund. I won't use an Angie's List big deal again, and will use my regular carpet service, which always arrives on time.

Description of Work: Julian and his associate cleaned two staircases,one hallway,and one family room.

Description of Work: We live in a condo and are sometimes hard to find. They did have trouble but finally arrived and were very appologetic and professional. They had not brought the portable machine that they needed since we are on the third floor via an elevator but they came back with it at the appointed time and did a great job on the wall-to-wall carpeting. They had taken our oriental rugs with them and returned when they said they would and those rugs look super! The two follows who brought the rugs back were very courteous and laid the rugs carefully and correctly. They forgot their credit card machine so wrote everything down and promised to send a receipt. Besides a little disorganization, they were fine and I'd use them again.
