It was a Horrible experience. In a nut shell, they were very late, causing us to need a hotel for the night. It took over a month to get our stuff. We were short 2 boxes and a 2 month old dinning room chair to our set. Someone else's mower was in our garage when they left. They lied from the begining. I specifically asked about if our stuff would be off loaded and put in storage. Mark always answered that it wouldn't, he lied. They do not answer the phones, and when they did, no one knew where our stuff was. The movers were incredibly rude. They said it wasn't Their problem when we asked about our missing items. The pictures of the pretty fancy moving truck and English speaking movers. Nope. Not Even close. Couldn't understand a word they were saying and Only spoke their language to Us! The Truck that came to pick up our stuff was an old beat up box truck with no writing on it. The truck that dropped off our stuff was a 16 Wheeler that wasn't any better. It definitely didn't have any signage on it. Please do Not use this compny.

Very unprofessional workers save yourself the disappointment and use another company. The driver was very rude I asked him a question and he waved me off and said " YEAH, YEAH, YEAH." I was over charged my services were supposed to be $125 an hour it took them 3 hours and I paid over $600. The driver put bogus claims on my receipts said he packaged materials when everything was already wrapped. I called the company but I can't get anyone to call me back to explain or remove these bogus charges. The movers broke the knob to my dryer, and at the end of moving the rude driver had the nerve to ask for a tip. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!! I will file a complaint with BBB

This was aboslutely the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor I really expected to like. In no particular order,I will address the nightmarish experience I just had. The 4 movers arrived on time. Two young men from Lithuania, 1 man of Hispanic descent, and 1 large Russian man made up the crew. The only reason I mention their countries of origin is that there was a language barrier with all of them. The Russian man seemed to be in charge. He was the very worst of the group. He bumped into my sister several times and never apologized to her. He argued with me all day long. First he told me how many night stands I own. I knew I had a new one in a box, but he insisted I only had one. He argued with me about where things should be put, how things should be arranged, and was very unpleasant until he asked for a tip. The Hispanic man left a box sitting on one of my plants. Even after I asked him again to move the box, he ignored me. When I moved the box, he told me had heard me. He got very annoyed when he tried to bring a table into a room and I told him it didn't belong there. The men were very careless with my possesions. They packed the Keurig coffee maker with the water still in it. They put a dried flower arrangement upside down on top of my clearn laundry. They did not label many of the boxes they packed, and when we got to my new home, they asked me what was in the boxes. Since I had carefully labeled every box I had packed prior to their arrival, I was furious that they did not bother to let me know what was in many of the boxes that they left unopened and unmarked. Their demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional. No woman should have to work as hard as I did to be paid attention to and respected. They did wrap everything in plastic, bubble wrap or paper. However, they were unconcerned about what the job of unpacking might be. For example, a whole set of cutlery was loosely wrapped in paper. When I opened the package, all the cutlery came falling out. This has been a very stressful experience, and their attitudes, behaviors, and decisions made the day absolutely miserable. Finally, before the movers arrived, I spoke to Mark the general manager several times. He was always polite, helpful, and kind. I assumed the movers would reflect the good will Mark had engendered in me. I could not have been more wrong I think very highly of Angie's list, and I recommend your looking into this company to determine if they belong on a list that so many people rely on.
Description of Work: Packed all household possesions, took them to new house, unloaded boxes from the truck. Set up beds and moved large furniture into place.

He chose them because he heard nothing but good things about them. I just want to warn everyone that everything you hear is not always true. My father didn't Purchase the insurance for his move because he trusted that his things would make it to its destination with no problems. The move already cost more than what they thought to begin with. After everything was moved to its new destination, majority of the furniture wee ruined and or scratched. A leg was broken off of a coffee table that my dad took a lot of time in making . there were other problems along the move also. I am so upset with this company because my father put his trust in them . To me, it was kind of like " if you don't get the insurance then we are gonna mess your stuff up". Not to mention they had a move before theirs and now he is missing some items . No company should treat customers like this. Even speaking to the owner , there was still no help as to the damage that was done. I don't recommend that rhis company be used unless you plan on getting the insurance.!i myself work for a company that ratings are important . At our company customers come first and their unhappiness should be first priority. This company doesn't seem to care about the issues that my dad faced. I hope that people will read this and hopefully trust my opinion about what I saw happen to my father. I would never conduct business this way.
