Expensive repair and unprofessional service. I had a bathtub faucet leak repaired. The leak was stopped but the next day when I turned on the water in the shower, I had lukewarm water and cold water. Star Plumbing returned and I was told it was the pipes. After much discussion, he fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. I would definitely not recommend this business. Nice initially but not very pleasant when he has to return to fix sloppy work.

This company is unprofessional, both on the phone and in person. I called to see if Star performed repairs on French drains and was told "yes" on the phone. Yet, when the technician came by the next day, he insisted he could only replace the drain with a pipe to the sump pipe rather than perform a repair. In fact, he both laughed at and seemed confused that the pipe in the drain did not lead to the sump pipe, leading me to believe that he doesn't even know what a French drain is or understand how it operates. He still charged me $75 for the useless visit, which is ridiculous.

They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and finding the little pinhole leak. They were careful about cutting the drywall. A section of the pipe needed to be replaced. They worked efficiently and cleaned up the mess.

Unprofessional....basement leak fixed...but ceiling never fixed. He said there were no pipes hence leak in ceiling was coming from somewhere else. Remastered wall ceiling just to have a leak less than 2 months later. Very unprofessional with his sexual advances.

Star Plumbing has always been very responsive. He showed up on time like he always has in the past. I always felt like I got good service for what I paid for.

Work he did is not equate to what he charged me. I had to call/text him more than 3 times to come back to my house. he was supposed to be at my house at 10 am but no show. So I called, he said "I just got the part so I am coming in an hour. He showed up after 1 1/2 hr. He is the 5th plumber I used and ended up being the most expensive. He charged me $390 for 30 min work AND PLUS $130 for $20-60 worth part. Just because we live in a fairy big house in the affluent area, does not mean he can charge us triple. When we argued about the price, he said "I am not the oWNER so I can't give you the discount" so I asked him to call his boss, he declined. Isn't he the owner ? Not only he charges highest, he is also liar. I know the hourly rate for the plumber is anywhere from $80-$200, depending on the work. But $390 for 30 min work (easy work) is way too high. I will not use him again.
