Came on time explained things very clearly gave me a variety of options on what caused and how to prevent this from happening again and was less expensive than Michael and Sons

Stephen was punctual, courteous and did a thorough review of the system walking me through the possible problems. He offered me options and recommendations that I felt were in the interest of the customer.

It went very well. He left some information with me and didn't try to sell me on anything. He told me I had some time left on my system and that he'd be able to help me in the future if I wanted him to. I like an honest merchant.

My air/c just stopped working, so I called Steve and explained what had happened. He arrived w/n a few hours of my phone call and went right to work. H checked all the vents, the fuse boxes and then inspected and repaired the a/c unit. I'm home recovering from surgery and unable to go out yet, so Steve went out on his own and bought a pack of filters for me so that I would have them handy for the rest of the summer. He cleaned up any debris that occured as a result of his work, disposed of the old filter, installed the new one and then explained what he'd done. His work was responsible, friendly and competent and I would highly recommend him for any a/c or heating work that you need to have taken care of. His price was very reasonable for the amt. of time that he spent on the job.
