First of all, the estimate was almost 1/2 the price of several others and I see no difference in quality when compared to other recent paint jobs in our neighborhood. Service first was easy to work with from initial estimate to providing a color consultant and discount when work was performed in conjunction with a neighbor. Prompt and professional. Work was done about 6 months ago. Overall quality was good. There are 2 small spots on the front of the house where the color looks slightly faded--think that was more due to the previous layers of paint underneath, not all of which could be scraped, but not really a big deal. I'm sure if we called they'd fix it.

They were very professional. The price was excellent. They came to give the estimate and were very professional and thorough. They completed the job within a day. The edge from the wall to ceiling is perfect. They cleaned up very well. It was an excellent experience I would definitely use them again.

Jason gave me an estimate. The crew came and began the work. There was some bad weather, but they were good about telling when they would be around to do the work. They were considerate and it was fine.

They were responsive and courteous. They responded quickly to my call. When they came to give the estimate they were informative but they were way to expensive so we have choosen to go with another company.

We bought our house about a year and a half ago. It became clear the previous owner only painted what he needed to to add curb appeal. Over the winter most of the paint on our trim started to peel and a lot of the seams began to crack. We also saw areas of wood rot that needed immediate attention. We called Service First Painting out to give us and estimate. We have used Service First at our previous home and we knew we could expect an excellent job and fair price. The owner (Justin Pisarra) came out with in the week to take a look at the job, he was very knowledgeable offered many helpful suggestions. After getting a few other estimates we once again selected Service First. They arrived on time at the scheduled day and got right to work. They were very clean took great care not to do any damage to our garden and and newly finished landscaping. On the 2nd and last scheduled day of work day we had asked about refinishing our deck. By the end of that day our deck was washed, stained and looking as good as the rest of the house. We would highly recommend this company for any painting exterior or interior!

It went extremely well. The workmen were a little late, but they finished on time.

Justin (owner) was the first to give me a quote, and of three bids, his was the lowest (by a substantial but not large amount). He gave me an estimate on the spot (other bids were delayed). His workers showed up on time and were very helpful in working with us. In particular, they kindly obliged us changing our minds about painting over the edges of the aluminum storm windows, even though this added to their work. Overall they did a really first class job. I was especially impressed by the edge work around the trim (paint did not get on places it shouldn't). They did a good job caulking the windows. I highly recommend!

Justin was on time for the estimate and gave us a fair estimate. He worked with us on the price based on other estimates that we received. The painters, again, were on time, were professional, did an excellent prep job, and cleaned up thoroughly. The final product was excellent. I couldn't be happier with the paint job. They worked with me to go over the tough areas that required additional work.

They were really great. They were very professional and I really like how the final product looked. The price that they charged me was a very reasonable and they even gave me the senior discount. I am very glad that I called them because they did a wonderful job.

Justin Pisarro, Service First owner, came promptly when scheduled to give the estimate and discuss best options for the job. This project was very stressful for me because my homeowners association had issued an edict to have the work completed by a certain date or I would incur a steep fine. This came at my busiest, most intense period at work, and I simply did not have time to spare. I explained my situation to Justin, who understood and ensured that the project would be completed on time and would be done well. The delightful team of Roberto, Pedro, and William exceeded expectations in promptness, professionalism, skill, friendliness. The staff answering the phones, the scheduler, everyone at Service First is outgoing, relaxed, friendly, and they all conveyed the sense that my job was just as important to them as it was to me. Rain hampered the job the first day, but the team was back early the next morning to complete the work.

Nr.Pisarra was late. His office told us he would call between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m on the day of the estimate. He did not call us to let us know when he will be arriving. We called the answering service and he told us he would be at the townhouse in an hour's time. This was already 11:15a.m. However, that was the only glitch. He did come after an hour and gave us a favorable estimate, better than the other three painters that we had contacted. He told us he will start three days later and his painters will be there at 7:30a.m.to start painting. This was very accurate. They arrived on time and they did a great job. They finished all the painting by 5:00p.m. that day. The painting was done very carefully and meticulously and we are very happy with the job. We will ask him to paint our house again and highly recommend him to our friends.

They were very easy to work; anything I asked them to do, they did it. Their work was excellent & cleaned up after their was completed. Lastly, they were very professional!

They were very quick and cleaned up when they were finished. They took the time to cover all the furniture, counters, floors, etc. beforehand so the dust from sanding was kept to a minimum.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND DO A FANTASTIC JOB. THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL TO BE AROUND. THEY CLEANED UP ANY AND ALL MESS THAT WAS MADE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY.
