Because he had great references, I handed him my house key when I was out of town and crossed my fingers. He and his team did a terrific job taking painting - outstanding attention to detail and workmanship - and took great care of my house while I was away!

I have worked with Mr. Flores for many years and he has always been the absolute best. Both bathrooms have never looked better and the front stairs add that extra curb appeal to the house. Mr. Flores and his crew are highly skilled, always on time, attentive to what they are doing, and aim to make the experience for the homeowner as easy as possible. Mr. Flores goes above and beyond the scope of the work, at no extra cost.

Our painting project went well from start to finish. Mr. Flores came to our house at a convenient Saturdary morning in July to meet us to discuss the work and prepare and estimate. He was very punctual for this meeting and provided us with a written estimate in a timely manner. We were very pleased with his estimate and with the fact that he did not "sell us up" on any painting services that were not necessary. As we were not ready to begin the paint job immediately, he let us know that he would be available in the Fall when we were ready. When I called him in September to arrange a date he readily remembered me and was ready to do the painting as promised in October. Mr. Flores called to arrange the first day of painting and he and his crew arrived on time, ready to work. He re-reviewed our painting project with us just prior to beginning the work to see if there were any changes and in fact there had been some. He let us know that the changes may affect the estimate, but in the end the extra charge was minimal but we were glad he was honest let us know of this before the start of work. Mr. Flores crew was polite and hard working. They also worked very quickly, however the rapidity of the work did not at all compromise the quality of work. The crew carefully scraped, sanded and caulked all of the wood trim and provided primer and two finish coats of paint. The men were also very careful to protect the foundation shrubbery from damage as they worked. The paint was applied beautifully and accurately with great care to ensure a wonderful final result. Mr. Flores was also very attentive to the paint colors that I selected. He purchased superior quality paint from a quality paint supplier of which he was familiar. One "blip" that occurred was that when he delivered the paint to the crew and they began to apply it, Mr. Flores noticed that it did not appear to look like the color I selected. He quickly drew my attention to this and upon close review of the paint can label we realized together that the paint that was provided was NOT the color that he ordered for me. Clearly a mistake had been made in either the mixing or the wrong order was given to him. Nevertheless, Mr. Flores very apologetic and was able to very quickly and with no additional cost to anyone, return the wrong paint to the paint store. We lost no time at all due to this glitch, and Mr. Flores returned the next morning with the correct paint. A few additional details that I was appreciative of included the care in walking on our slate room to access the dormer windows that needed reglazing and painting, and also the careful removal and reinstallation of the downspouts and gutters on the back of the house. The crew were also very careful to keep our fence gates closed which ensured that our dog would not get away. Mr. Flores also returned at the end of the job to be sure that all of the work was complete and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Santos D. Flores Service to anyone in need of painting services, and I would call him again the next time we are in need of painting services for our house.

Mr. Flores and his crew were on time, professional, courteous, and skilled. As always, they were thorough. Mr. Flores was accommodating, had great ideas, and made sure I was completely pleased with the work. He has an excellent crew and they don't finish until the client is happy.

Everything, from obtaining the thorough quote to execution of the job and clean-up, was handled very professionally, courteously, and promptly. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Mr. Flores. His crew is polite, cordial, and industrious, and were very tolerant of our nervous dog. You can't go wrong with hiring them, and I plan to do so again for the interior of the house.

He went above and beyond the scope of work to make certain we were happy with the job and that our property looked great. He did an excellent job. He worked very quickly and did a quality job. He was very friendly and timely. He was exactly correct in the estimated time and is trustworthy to leave in the house. Has a good eye for color and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend him and the prices were very good.
