It was fine. He is always helpful. He tries to correct your problem before he comes out.

I called and left a message with my name and phone number and stated that I would like an estimate on repair to my lawn mower. No one ever called me back.

Even though I didn't have the work done (replacing the engine would cost nearly as much as a brand new mower), Christopher was able to draw a conclusion as to the state of the bad engine from only a photograph emailed to him. He was very quick to communicate and gave me enough info to make a call as to how to proceed. If my new mower breaks or is need of normal service, I will call Christopher first!

The owner, Christopher Thomas, came to my house with his pickup, which had all the tools needed. I told him the problem. He checked the oil level and added oil till it came up to the level he wanted. He opened something on the side of the mower and blew it clean with a compressed air blower. He saw the air filter was dirty, and replaced it. The mower started when he pulled the starter rope. I asked if he sharpened blades. He said yes, and removed the blade and started up a grinder. He has all the electric power he needs on his pickup. He was finished in one-half hour. Cost: $50. He recommended using premium gas, particularly if a mower isn't used for 30 or more days. I had to postpone the first appointment time. He'll work with your schedule. I think, but am not sure, that he may only do repairs at the customer's home (I don't get the impression that he has a shop to take things to).

I needed some tune up service done on my lawn equipment and decided to used this company from Angie's list. I click on the hyperlink from Angie's list and it connected me directly to its home page website were I completed the required information for requesting service. Several minutes later, my email came back stating the email address was no longer recognized or invalid. I thought maybe I did something wrong and tried it again but, the same results. I then tried following up my email response with several phone calls but kept getting a voice mail. After several days of attempting to connect this company, I finally gave up and went with another company to get my lawn eqiupment service. Several days later after I had drop off my lawn equipment at the other company, I received a call from someone asking me do I still need service. I explain to him, after several times of trying to contact someone from this company with no luck, I finally gave up and went with another company. I also advised him that there is something wrong with your email and you problem want to get that fixed. He said he was not aware of any email problemsn. In a nutshell, I am not for sure if this guy is good or not but, he is very difficult to get a hold of which makes me a little nervous if I had to leave my equipment with him. However, the ideal of a moble service is great if the is dependable.

We used him once before when we were having issues with our last lawnmower and were glad that he was still in business. His price is great, he comes to you, can't ask for better.

Terrific service, Chris identified a problem with my mower gas cap that was causing it to stall. He showed up on time and performed the services from his truck. I highly recommend him.

Mower would start but only continue running while primer bulb was repeatedly pressed. Chris set up appointment, called before coming, and showed up promptly. He listened to my description of the problem as he wheeled the mower to the back of his van. By feel - without looking! - he shut off the fuel, took off and cleaned out the fuel cup, removed, sprayed and blew out the fuel jet, and reassembled everything by feel - the whole thing took him only five minutes or so! He then started the engine and mowed a swath of grass; no problem. He explained that since we've been forced to use gasoline with ethanol the problem happened often: there was water in the fuel cup. He advised cleaning out the gas can (there was also dirt in the fuel) and using fuel stabiliser. He's my man to go to from now on!

Went out to cut my lawn, started the mower, and it died. Tried repeatedly - same thing. Came in, looked up lawn mower repair on Angies list, and found RL Small Engines. Mr. Thomas returned my call promptly, and we made an appointment for Saturday, between 10:00 and 12:00. Mr. Thomas called when he was on the way (before 12:00), fixed my lawn mower, and cleaned it - it looked brand new!!! The price was as quoted ($60.00), and I'm a happy camper. Mr. Thomas was very courteous, professional, and his prices were great! He also sharpened the blades. I will definitely use this company again, and would recommend him highly.

He arrived on time. He did all of the work outside. It took about thirty minutes to complete the task. He had given me a quote of $90 for servicing the lawn mower but he charged less. I recommend his services.
