Contractor arrived on time and then refused the job, quoting me an astronomical price rendering the AL Deal essentially worthless.

I bought an "Angie's List special" for four man-hours of work and then added $95 for additional time. Not only did they do a great job, but they also spackled the ceiling to match the rest of the ceiling. You can't tell where the wall board was replaced. What a GREAT JOB!!!

These guys were excellent in all ways. Their price estimate came in lower than I expected and the job they did went way beyond my expectations. Mr. Escobar and his crew worked diligently, were friendly and kept all work areas clean. The drywall repairs turned out fabulous - as if there was never any damage to begin with. And the deck stairway was rebuilt with noticeably better quality than the original stairway. They also threw in a few little extras that were not part of the original workplan/estimate at no additional cost! It was refreshing to see a team that proactively worked until the best results were provided. I would recommend them to anyone.

Plastered newly installed drywall in my bathroom. The workers were timely and clean. They had to correct work that had been done previously. They did a great job.

One worker showed up 10 minutes early for an 8:00 Saturday appointment. He was friendly and hard working, but untrained in drywall repair. I helped him setup with my extension ladders and plank and his step ladder as one man would not have been able to do this. I was disappointed because I had spoken to the owner of RCL during scheduling when we discussed the job and the video I had sent showing exactly what had to be done. He still sent one very inexperienced worker,( Lots of holes in the drywall where he couldn't find the stud, and a row of 9 screws placed 1/2 inch apart from each other into the stud on either side of the hole. He didn't bring dropcloths so gypsum powder had to be dug out from the seams of the hardwood floor. Professional drywallers would have finished the job in 30 minutes. I'm sure this was intentional. They don't make money unless it goes over the allotted time or they can somehow add to the price.

I hired them to do drywall repair work but when they came out for the appointment they decided they wanted to charge me for an extra $795. They simply did not want to do the work. The deal was for the 8 hours of work and they should have done at least that much before deciding they wanted to charge me more. It would have been acceptable for them to do what they could within the 8 hours of time I purchased and leave some of it unfinished. I stayed home from work for this project and now it's just a waste of time. As a customer I feel very frustrated by this experience with this company. Buyer beware!

I hired Escobar to repair damaged drywall caused by a roof leak. He was friendly, professional, and the quote for the project was reasonable. The work was performed in a professional manner and I was pleased with the result. Escobar respected my home by using drop cloths where appropriate and removals all trash, dust and debris. I highly recommend him.

The work was done really well. The workers were quick and did a good job. They were polite and put drop clothes everywhere to protect my floors and furniture. They were respectful of my things. And they cleaned up after themselves. They fixed someone else's repair job on my kitchen ceiling, and then a couple of long (6-7 feet long) cracks in my living room ceiling. They also repaired some holes in an upstairs wall that had suffered minor water damage.
