They did a very good job, worked all day and cleaned up.

Plus Electric installed recessed lighting throughout my home. Horacio Muslera, the owner, started with giving me a detailed proposal with reasonable pricing. I requested some changes to the proposal and he was very accommodating and responsive. I set a date for the work to begin and his team arrived promptly. His team worked quickly and were very courteous. They cleaned up after each workday including vacuuming and mopping after themselves. Any issues that arose along the way were addressed by Horacio promptly. The entire experience with Plus Electric was probably the best I've had among all the contractors I have dealt with and I have dealt with many. I would recommend Plus to anyone.

The job took longer because of the track lighting. The technician was very polite. He cleaned up as he went along.

Outstanding electrical work from this family-run company that specializes in all forms of electrical (& even solar) needs.. Unlike other businesses they are always prompt & on time. Honest & to the point. As well as reasonable in their prices. Oh yeah: And courteous --very polite!I have tried many other outlets and services but this outfit headed by this Argentinean master electrician has been outstanding for our 100yr Victorian house in Logan Circle.

I was not home but arranged service to be done. Workers tidied up after the job, but left one screen window open from electric cords. Some spray insulation remains on siding from sealing work.

Horacio came out the same day we called to give us an estimate. His quote was much lower than competitors. The work was completed within the specified timeframe in a professional manner.

I am about to sign an $11,000 contract with them to install a generator. They have been very helpful, clear, and patient, and I look forward to relying on Horacio for electrical work in the future.

We recently purchased a house, and the inspector had identified various issues with the electrical systems (outlets that lacked GFCI, many excessively painted over, etc.). Another contractor recommended Horatio to us, so we called him to get an estimate. When he looked over our inspection report, I felt like he was honest about what did and did not really need to be done. The estimate was just a flat estimate for all the work (which took a full day for a 3 man crew), not itemized, but I didn't mind. The up side was, when they arrived to do the work, I added a few things extra things that we hadn't included in the estimate, and they didn't charge us any extra. For example, I had forgotten to mention that one of our light switches was finicky (it worked, but you had to push the switch hard all the way over to get it to turn on). I was willing to live with it, but Horatio said, "No, that should be fixed." He left, went out and got a new switch, came back, and replaced it - all without actually charging me any extra. We also had some outlet covers that didn't fit well because they were bumping against molding and couldnt sit flat. Not terribly important, but it annoyed me. When I pointed it out, they tried to replace the covers with smaller ones from their supplies. When that didn't totally solve the problem, they took the outlets out and moved them slightly so the covers would fit better. Ultimately they were able to get everything to sit nicely. It seemed like they took pride in their work, and wanted to get everything right. I gave them a B for price just because we didn't really get any other estimates, so I dont know how it would compare, but I think it seemed fair. Overall, I was happy and would use them again in the future.

Installation was on time, professional and the cost was very good. Horacio is very knowledgeable about solar and generator systems (I plan to add solar with batteries later this year). His workers were professional, did a great jib and left the area clean. I am pretty picky about the work done on my house and this team exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend for anyone needing electrical work.

Service was excellent with explanation of all issues. The improvements were chiefly for safety to address the findings from the house inspection. Requested additional services which were performed professionally and promptly. My impression was the additional services of a subpanel transfer switch and outlet to plug in a generator while well executed costs more than expected. I would recommend this company in future.

It was fine. They gave us an estimate and, at the present time I don't have enough money to pay for it, so we didn't use it, but the Big Deal was fine. There were no extra charges and, as a matter of fact, they haven't taken the $49 as far as I know, but I assume that they will. This was the first time I'd had this done. He seemed to be pretty fairly thorough and took some time. He was in no big rush and he sent us a written estimate later on so there wasn't any pressure involved. If I had the $570 I would have gone ahead and done it. He did exactly what he said they were going to do. I can't tell about the pricing. I just don't know enough about what electricians cost. Electricians cost a lot of money I think, so it probably was priced about what most companies would charged. But I really don't know. I don't use an electrician that often. I think he was probably quite accurate. I would surely recommend them. As a matter of fact, when my monetary situation improves I'll probably call him back and have him come and do the work. The way he explained it, it probably should be done, it's just that I can't afford it right now. He explained things as he went along. He pointed out stuff and explained what he was doing. It wasn't like he just came in, waved a magic wand and left. He seemed very professional and knew what he was talking about.

We really enjoyed the project status communications from Plus Electric, and seeing the completion of each phase of our installation. The final test of our system went very well, all systems performed as expected and we now have standby power! The quality, professionalism, friendly, and technical knowledge exhibited by Plus Electric were outstanding. We would definitely recommend and use them in the future. Everything went very well. Horacio worked around the constant changes we made to our plans, and everything was done to a very high standard. Horacio is very easy to work with and helped us to decide on how many and where the recessed lights should be installed. The TV that was mounted on the wall looks great and appears to float in space without any visible cables!

If you are looking for an outstanding experience working with respectful, knowledgeable technicians, meticulous and very professional, you should definitely hire Horacio with Plus Electric Corporation.His crew did all the electrical work to our house and his scope of work included all electrical demo and rough-ins, electrical panel upgrade and relocation, high-tech switches installation, intercom, all fiber optic wiring and all electrical fixtures installation (some very complicated fixtures that needed a lot of attention to detail). He also installed heated floor systems for both interior (all bathroom floors and kitchen floor) and exterior (heated driveway) and wiring and installation of a generator.We have been extremely pleased with all the process, starting with the first contact, scheduling, follow-ups and warranty. Even though we know his schedule is very busy with on-going jobs, Horacio and his people always found the time responding to address any warranty issues came up. I was extremely dissatisfied with them. To me what they did was criminal that is the best way I can describe it. In fact I just came from my mother’s house with another contractor to fix the mess.
