MERA did not begin the work upon the signing of the contract as promised. It is now approximately twom months since the signing of the contract, the problems caused by the sink hole are getting worse and MERA Construction refuses to respond to any communication from me or the bank officer.
Description of Work: Contracted with MERA Construction to add an extension to my basement and correct a sink hole in the rear of my house that is compromising the foundation of my house and the adjacent neighbors properties. In the contract, it is explicitly stated that time is of the essence in the completion of the work.
