Horrible, will never hire again. Couldn't even get their business license.

I had a wonderful experience with Dion from Mac's Plumbing!! He came within the hour that I called him, he was professional, and his work exceeded my expectations. I originally called him to snake a drain; however, he determined that the problem no longer existed and did not charge me. Because I trusted him after this encounter, I asked him to look at a few more items in the house. He fixed my leaking sink upstairs quickly and without a charge because it was simply loose. He then fixed my toilet that would not stop running upstairs. It was also loose and he used an ingenious quick remedy to secure it back in place. He allowed me to use a coupon to decrease the price of the work. Dion was friendly, funny, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend him any time you need any plumbing work. His business also does remodeling, painting, drywall, and other home repairs. So give him a call for all of your household needs!!

Mac was great. This was an emergency leak that I found out about Sunday morning. Mac responded promptly to my call and helped us contain the problem and fix it. He arrived promptly even though we live by the stadium and there was game day traffic. Will definitely use him again!

The plumber located the source of the leak through the family room ceiling and corrected the problem with plumbing fixture in the bathroom above the family room. The service corrected the problem.

everything went very well.on the day of the repair,he arrived on time.he was very friendly and very professional.with simple diagrams,he explained to me in simple words how the leaks will be siopped.I was truly impressed with everything he did.

It was a good price. Sometimes it is very good. They do the work well. They are responsive and their punctuality is good. They will call you and they come early.

He was great. We talked a few times throughout the day to coordinate a time to meet since I was at work. He looked at both faucets and showed me the old parts so I could see what had happened and make a decision about the repair. He's very no-pressure. I opted to do a total faucet replacement and he said I could pick something out or he'd purchase something. Gave me reasonable prices for both. Offered to stay late at no extra charge to do the repair (it was Friday at 7:30 p.m.). I was tired so we rescheduled him to come back the next week. To total cost for this service was $85. which was very reasonable.

I discovered that current sump pump was not working because the well was full of water and close to over flowing (float was submerged.) The previous sump pump installation was not very neat. All the cables were immersed in the well. For the new installation, Mac's Plumbing neatly tied the extra cable, using cable ties, and placed them appropriately. Very neat and clean install. They cleaned the area after the install and put everything back the way it was before leaving. The new pump also has a feature that allows the pump to work when power goes out. This may be a normal feature for modern sump pumps -- regardless, a welcome feature because we often lose power in the mist of heavy rain/thunder storms. That's always been a concern because during heavy storms, the sump pump well fills quickly.

Dion responded immediately to my call. He rearranged his schedule so that he would be able to assist us. He kept in constant contact with us during the day and called 20 minutes before his arrival. After repairing the problem we asked him to look at a repair needed in the kitchen. He took the information and will call us back the following week with the price for the material. He appeared to really enjoy his work and his clients.

Mac's Plumbing did a great job for me. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing problems. They did a great job cleaning up after their work was finished. Both faucets were installed perfectly and the toilet was completely fixed. They were very efficient and finished surprisingly quick.

Call Mac's on 8-11 at 10:00 am talked to Dion Mac informed him of the problem he said that he would be out as soon as possible. He and an associate came out fixed the problem and left.

They were excellent. I have referred them to several people. He called when he was stuck in traffic. When he came, he identified himself and gave me a price and did a good job.
