HORRIBLE appliance installation service! Long story short, they made multiple errors handling our installation order requiring us to be at home on 4 separate occasions before we actually had someone come for the installation. I called for a refund of the $175 installation fee and all they could offer me was a $50 gift card (after an hour on the phone). Please look elsewhere when buying your appliances!

Description of Work: When I moved into my home, they really helped me out. I felt like I was there every other day. They gave me discounts because I spent a lot of money there and I felt appreciated. The last time I was there, I was looking for a container to take donations. They suggested a paint bucket with a slit cut into the top and it worked well.

After numerous calls, the part was never delivered. I ended up going to Lowe's and getting the part and installed it myself.
Description of Work: I ordered one storm door and installation. The subcontractor came on time to measure and the door was installed as scheduled. There was one part that was defective from the box. The installers said they would drop by with the part.

THE SALESPERSON WAS AVERAGE, HE WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, THE SALESPERSON WASN'T VERY THOROUGH, BECAUSE WE HAD TO KEEP CALLING THE STORE TO CHECK ON THE ARRIVAL OF THE DOORS, AND WHEN THEY WOULD BE INSTALLED.
