They were very prompt and very good. They were very efficient and the service was quick.

Two years ago, my mother hired this company to get rid of roaches and mice before I moved into my current home (the previous occupants had dogs and weren't very clean). They did a great job of fogging the house and I didn't have any more problems for a while. So for this job I figured I would use their services again. The woman who answer the phone immediately launched into a tirade about what I "should" be doing to combat my problem (including moving my refridgerator and stove from the wall...even though I am a 5'7" woman who can not do that by myself). She used more of a lecturing tone and was not very pleasant to engage. She stated that they would put down the rodenticide but would not assist with sealing entry points (I would need to do that after they finished). As I obviously don't know how they are getting in, this seemed like a deal-breaker to me. I relayed that I would need to call someone else and she hung up the phone on me. I will not be using them again.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THIRTEEN YEARS, AND WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WE HAVE NEVER HAD AN INFESTATION PROBLEM, SO THEY MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT.
