We hired Gerson to replace a bathroom wall due to water damage and install two awnings. He is responsive to emails and texts. His crew are friendly workers, all worked very hard to get the job done as quickly as possible and at the same time ensure work is done properly. We are happy with the results of the work. Gerson and his team are professional and efficient.

I'm another satisfied customer. Gerson is easy to work with. His bid is fair. His knowledge and ability to answer my never-ending questions was top notch. The 3-man crew he sent (led by Moses and all of them had been working with Gerson for past 5 years) built two 25' wide 3.5' high PT wood retaining walls. In 3 days. Which included demolition/hauling of old concrete wall. One of the best parts about working with Gerson is his spot-on communication. Super fast responsive with phone, email, and text. It's important to trust who you hire and this was important to me.

We couldn't have picked a better construction company to help is with our basement remodeling. We had this great space that was not being used for anything but storing stuff we never used. We wanted to make it liveable and possibly rent it out. L & G Contractor came in and worked their magic. We now have 3 separate rooms down there, each for a different purpose including an art area and an entertainment area. We won't rent it out, we now want it for ourselves! L & G Contractor was wonderful and we'll be calling them again in the spring for our kitchen work.

For example one job was a quick basement renovation including knocking out a wall, installing some new light fixtures, and painting. Also L&G recently came on very short notice to board-up a vacant property that I needed to secure. Always fast response, would recommend!

Gerson and his crew did a fantastic job on my 2 bedrooms and my living room. The painted each wall 2 tones as requested and installer Chair Rail and Crown Molding. They are 100% professional and get the job done quickly and efficiently. They cleanup the work area as well. Very good company to work with and the price you pay is extremely reasonable! Great! We had several projects in need of quick completion. We wanted to maintain the retro vibe of our 1950s home, but update it. The laundry room and bathroom were framed out and completed in two weeks, and look beautiful. We were initially unsatisfied with some finishings on the free standing fire place, but changes were made to our liking with no additional charge. Our home looks like a photo from a magazine!
