I left a message to Fred as he is on the list of Triangle Tube website. he call me back on the day and was very kind. we agreed on him coming to check the boiler the next day , Friday after his inspection. texted him a few time and he answered that he was still waiting the inspector. got a text at 4pm letting me know that he call the inspector and was told that all inspection were cancelled. As it was late he will only be able to come on Monday. it was 20 degrees outside. I thought that was so unprofessional and life threatening to leave a family with such a low temperature and with frozen pipe risk. I asked someone else to come to fix it.

Fred Werth did the job. He was timely, courteous, efficient. The installation was passed by the inspector with no questions asked.

They are great. I have had an excellent experience with them.

I was very impressed with Fred's customer service. He was friendly, arrived when he said he would, offered suggestions on how to make our radiators more efficient and provided steps we could take to check them ourselves. He showed us some low cost solutions that we could implement prior to calling for maintenance. Its always nice to have folks like Fred around.

Kensington's work was neat and professional, always arrived on time and responded promptly to my phone calls. Kensington was among the most reasonable of several estimates, gave great advice, and was extremely helpful in dealings with the City. By contrast, a few other plumbers I called for estimates never showed or never returned estimates. Fred Werth of Kensington was personable, gave great advice. I was impressed with his technical knowledge and his interest in doing the job properly was evident from the start.

Kensington Plumbing did excellent work for me. The servicemen were hard workers and did a thorough job. It was a rather big job and I thought they handled it very well. They didn't leave me in a mess. I would recommend them.
