+ 0 moreThey were a *little* hard to get ahold of (took 3 calls before we got someone to call back) but beyond that, they were quick, efficient and effective. Seemed a little expensive, but probably in line with other plumbers in the area. Mike Jackson is very helpful in explaining and answering questions about the work being performed. We've used them in the past for other similar work and he's also quick to refer us to other contractors/options if he feels that would be a better fit for what we need. Nice to work with someone who isn't just trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible!

Description of Work: Mike the plumber came to diagnose the problem (why was the faucet leaking?) He said we needed to replace a faucet that was a year old. We bought a new faucet and he returned to install it. Each visit he charged us $200, and was in the house less than 20 minutes. We were not in a position to argue with him.
