I was very impressed with the quality and work that was done along with the project management and special thanks to pako and his team.

Zach was a wonderful sales rep from the start and he made me comfortable choosing the correct contractor for our roof replacement. The crew arrived on time as promised and left my home the way they found it which was greatly appreciated. Dylan maintained thorough contact during the project making sure we were aware of timelines when they job had to extend to day 2 due to wood replacement. I have no complaints thus far and would recommend.

The initial presentation was direct and to the point. Ty answered any and all questions that arose which was very helpful. The installers were right on time at 7 AM and got to work immediately without taking breaks. They worked professionally, leaving my yard exactly the way they found it. Finally, the project manager Dylan was very thorough in his communications, keeping me up to speed on the project and coming by to do a final inspection for me along with getting my documents finalized. I have had a wonderful experience with Home Genius Exteriors and am glad I made the choice to go with them as my contractor. I’m normally not so receptive to allowing strangers into my home, but the salesman, Ty completely changed my tune from the get go. He was extremely well spoken and experienced in his trade, leading my to feel beyond comfortable in allowing them to replace my roof and trim. During install day, the roofers showed up on time & completed the entire job within 6 hours. The project manager, Dylan was awesome as well, greeting me first thing in the morning, answering all the questions we had, and ensuring the crew had everything they need to complete a flawless installation. They’re coming back for some trim replacement as well & im beyond convinced that will go just as smoothly as today has! Thanks Home Genius!

WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. I can call you at 4:30pm if you are available or I can speak directly with your grandmother if you prefer. Home Genius replaced a roof and gutters on my single family home and detached garage. Each job was professionally done and completed in one day each. The roof replacement required the Home Genius team to remove the snow to remove and replace shingles. This was accomplished with speed and efficiency. The gutters were installed in less than one day and included gutter guards. The roof and gutters both have outstanding warranties. I highly recommnend you consider Home Genius.

Starting from the initial meeting with Ty my experience with Home Genius exceeded my expectations. The crew headed by Dylan we prompt, courteous and professional. My new roof and insulation project is awesome! I also enjoyed being able to follow the process along via the company cam. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Home Genius Exteriors was awesome! Ike, Dylan and the installation crew took care of my front door installation with no issue. I would definitely recommend and will use them for similar work in the future.

We had a tree fall and hit the house. It punctured the vinyl siding, membrane and sheathing but did not go all the way to the interior. They used a pressure sales technique that was straight off the used car lot. Our Insurance came back with a number that was lower than they quoted. When we tried to go else where they magically were able to talk to their boss and got approval to use a lesser house wrap and lower the cost. When the crew showed up they went to work. I went outside to check on the progress and THEY DID NOT FIX THE HOLE!! THEY JUST PUT THE WRAP OVER THE HOLE AND WERE SET TO PUT SIDING UP!!! I called them out on this. If I was not there they would have gotten away with it. The "supervisor" made them take down the wrap and patch the wall tape it and then continue. And the wrap they used was TYVEK not cheap stuff because that is what they had. So the quote pricing was all a scam. How many others have they gotten away with it? BEWARE

I had a representative (Markus) come out to my home and give me a quote. I also asked for it to be sent in writing and I have yet to date received the quote in writing. I called the representative on his cell phone and requested the quote again 2 months later I still haven’t received anything. Bad customer service!
