The company installed my roof and my siding and they did an amazing job. I give them a 10 star recommendation, and will be using them again to install my windows and doors in the future! And also…Dylan was the BOMB! He kept me informed throughout the whole project, answering all questions that I had making me feel comfortable in the work provided. A1 service!!

I think the company did an exemplary job within a great amount of time with our roof replacement. Our plank boards were so rotten that one of the guys fell through, but they then had the drywall fixed in one day thanks to Dylan's project coordination! Thank you!

I’m very pleased with the siding job that was installed on my house. It was done efficient, proficiently and effectively. They catered to my wife’s requests and all her desired specifications. The cleanup efforts were tremendous which was extremely appreciated. The job came out beautifully, and everyone in the household is pleased.

From the beginning, the sales person was willing to work with me on pricing which was helpful. The execution of the work from the crew was amazing, and done in a timely fashion. The project manager maintained contact throughout the project to ensure everything was handled and no questions went unanswered. Very satisified.

Had a great sales rep, Blake who made the process simple to understand, the installation crew led by Jorge was excellent, courteous, efficient and polite to work with. Site mabager , Dylan was very professional keeping me in the loop throughout the project and available to answer questions and follow up with a walk through after completion.

Zach's customer service skills are an example of what is needed more of in this world. Eric's mannerisms were also extensively acceptable which was appreciaed. Daniel and the crew were respectable and I didnt have any Mcomplaints at all. The workmanship was and very kind and courteous of our home. The way they cleaned up was astounding and we don't underestimate that importance. Dylan and Lenny were responsible and communicative during the install. Of course there are always room for minor improvements but I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Everything was excellent from the sales all the way to the crew finishing. It was a surprisingly quiet and professional job by the workers and they cleaned up tremendously. Zach the sales rep, Dylan the project manager & Leo's roofing crew all carried themselves with class and professionalism. We definitely recommend!

The sales rep did a great job of ensuring operations went smoothly. Both the roof and gutters came out wonderful & I'm proud to be the first owner of Timbersteel through this company. We are currently going through extremely trying times and the project manager Dylan met me at the house the day of material delivery with flowers and a positive attitude that made me confident everything would be done correctly. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like family rather than customers and it was beyond appreciated.

Eric came out about three days ago, ran through the whole process, showed us what our roof would look like & what components would be used during installation. It was nice to be able to see and touch the products we’d be receiving prior to signing contract. Then a couple days later I connected with Dana for scheduling & the crew arrived exactly when she said they would be. The crew arrived on time, Dylan the project manager maintained contact with me throughout the entire process, ensuring that we received a flawless product from beginning to end. I wouldn’t hesitate whatsoever to recommend this company to any of my friends or family. The way they present themselves from start to finish has blown us away and exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait for this roof to be paid off, so we can have Eric back out for our next project (siding)!

We are extremely grateful for the new metal roof that Home Genius supplied for us. The install only took a day and half and was executed to perfection. The project manager Dylan showed up on time and kept us informed of everything from day of delivery to the final walk through. We have gutter guards being installed later this week and I expect no less from them at that point also! Thanks HGE

I write to recommend home genius exteriors because the experience has been wonderful, filled with knowledgeable representatives who do not give you hold sell tactics. The beginning process was filled with written and printed tangible information about what they did and what they used. The inspection process was thorough, and i just loved dealing with them. If i ever have any more home exterior needs, i will call them, however i’m 73 going on 75 so they shouldn’t hold their breath! haha Thanks again to Joe, Stace, and Dylan making this a seamless project.

I would recommend this company to everyone that I know the hospitality is something that we don’t get very often when doing business. The people was generally kind to us and very accommodating. We are very pleased with the work that we see on our home.. Matt and Ali went out of their way to assure we receive everything that was promised to us. I am pleased with the roof and the siding. We did a little extra to give us some flair to the house, good people to work with.

Great job with everything, I was really pleased from my first meeting to the final product. Everybody was extremely courteous and friendly while displaying a great deal of professionalism.
