We recently had our roof replaced by Home Genius and my goodness they did not disappoint! From our first meeting with Chris Grove who explained the process, our options and costs to working with Kiersten who battled our HOA over roof colors, to Dana working out details on scheduling to AJ staying in constant contact with us when it came time to install the roof. And I wanna give a shout out to Leo and his team who installed the roof perfectly, not to mention taking pics all throughout the installation and uploading them for us to see!!! Even when the guys were cleaning up and putting our stuff back where they had moved it from. I watched as Leo made sure everything was put back exactly right. They did a thorough sweep of our yard and neighbor’s yard for any nails and debris as well. It was a very smooth process from start to finish,if I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you Home Genius, Thank you AJ!

Wonderful experience with Home Genius! We had an exterior door and a storm door replaced. We were kept updated through the whole project from ordering to installation. Project manager was great, and installers did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards! We highly recommend Home Genius!

Home Genius was great! Ralph came the same day I called for the estimate and then, in less than a week, they were at the house and the the gutters were installed. It was a very professional job! Several of the gutters were custom- 6" wide for more drainage for the roof. They had no problem with the larger gutters or the leaf guards. And they were finished fast. Also, they did a wonderful job of matching the color of the gutter to the house. Would highly recommend!

Job very well done! We were very happy with all of the work, including the team's flexibility in answering questions and solving problems. Jamie, Trey, Raul and the rest of the team were friendly, helpful, and hard working. The estimate was thorough and professional with advice on what needed to get done versus what could wait. The prices were competitive and we were offered options so we could figure out the best products for us. The socially distant inspection and 2 hour long zoom conference call showed how thoughtful the team is to meeting customers where they are. The team was especially thoughtful in solving problems when it came to paint color since color matching was not available. We went from happy to incredibly happy with the last minute efforts to help us get the right color. While weather was an issue over 4 weeks of work, the team was very punctual and looked to get work done that could get done. Highly recommend getting an estimate and considering this team for your next project.

Excellent!!! HGE did a great job! Their crew was professional, punctual, courteous, fast and above all, tidy. I was nervous about getting work done during the Covid virus lock-down, but HGE's team was great both about observing proper distancing and about cleaning up and keeping everything neat and tidy. They were also meticulous in making sure that when they left, everything was back in place and clean. We are very pleased with the work and with HGE.

The room looks wonderful! The team has been incredibly responsive, working out meetings after hours and on weekends in addition to normal, had ideas for the design but were very willing to tweak for our preferences. There were a couple of minor issues that really were only noticed weeks or months after completion, but the team nevertheless remained incredibly responsive and willing to correct anything that was going on. We've used 5-6 separate renovation companies for several projects over the years. I feel like this group was the most responsive (especially Max and Jamie), very flexible and willing to work with us on pretty much everything we queried. We can't find any major issues with the work, and the minor ones are being addressed without issues. Great job and great group!

Had some difficulties scheduling the day of painting due to weather, however, the company was very responsive keeping me up to date and adjusted for changes.

I am a REALTOR who had an 'emergency situation' where I needed the basement of a client fixed quickly and professionally. I consulted with Gabrielle who assured me they could make this happenin a timely manner. Long story short, the experience was everything I needed it to be. The team showed up and got straight to work within 2 days. I truly was not expecting the level of quality considering the demanding, compressed timeframe in which I asked them to perform, but I was overwhemingly impressed and more importantly the Home Seller was as well. Gabi P. and Home Genius are at the top of my referral list to clients needing such services.

The workmanship exceeded my expectation.! The results were stunning! The painters were very professional: punctual, neat, and efficient. It was a rainy summer to paint a porch and the painter/subcontractor was sensitive the effect of rain on the end result. He worked hard to finish the job working around rain events. He was also multi-talented in that he screened the porch - the result was excellent. I felt that everyone - from the contractor to painter - listened to what I wanted and worked with me to achieve that goal. I trusted their advice and commitment to my project - and they delivered. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. Trey Goodenow, my contact for this work, was responsive and kept me informed about the progress of the work. The men who worked for him were courteous and professional. They were also quiet and did not listen to loud music or talk radio as they worked.

It went well overall, project was completed in timely fashion, there was a little confusion about the colors at the start of the project. Danielle did a good job sorting that out, although I think the painting was started with the wrong colors. The foreman of the painting job, Dwayne, was excellent and was very attentive to some "extras" I needed and doing all the touch-ups I requested. I would definitely use them again!
