Kevin’s crew arrived on time and were very professional. The quality of work was excellent, and we have no complaints at all. Would recommend to anyone for siding needs.

Chris, AJ, Jorge, and the crew did a great job with my roof replacement and the gutter crew did a great job too! I knew I needed a roof replacement soon based on my home inspection. After discovering ceiling staining I contacted Home Genius Exteriors on Saturday, they came out to inspect on Super Bowl Sunday morning - Nick competed a very thorough inspection, and had my roof installed by Monday afternoon before the Monday evening rain. They were fast and didn’t skimp on quality!

Working with Home Genius Exteriors was a breeze. Jimmy, the salesman, was prompt, professional and patient. He was clear about the different levels of product and enthusiastic about the well-trained roofing crews. He was NOT pushy in any way. Manny, the on-site project manager, was very helpful and respectful our our concerns. Love working with the local guy! The roofing crew did a fabulous job on the roof and with the new skylights. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up around the house especially since it was such a windy day! Great company all around.

They were contracted to do my entire roof and box gutters. Did only part of it and did not re- line gutters. After many months of calling in complaints about leaking they returned my call when I got angry. I showed them the contract and they finally did other portion of my roof and some gutters. Have left gutter liner in my alley where it blocks access to his apartment by a handicapped friend who lives there. The have left a pile of garbage in front of my house for 3 weeks now. I went through Angi to secure a contractor for repairs on my house and was immediately contacted by Home Genius. These guys were extremely attentive to my issue, and every time I sent an email or text, they responded within 15 minutes consistently. When they came to do the estimate, the resulting report was clear, concise, and detailed. They even offered to go to bat for me with my insurance claim and speak to the carrier. Although my insurance company forced me to go with another company of their choosing, I would recommend Home Genius to anyone looking for services. Furthermore I'm sending their info to a friend who's a general contractor, because he would be extremely satisfied with them.

Someone from Home Genius called called as soon as I put in the request. Their communication and follow up were excellent. David did an evaluation and gave us a detailed contract at a reasonable price. Trey followed up to let me know when Mike would be out to do the repair. Mike looked at the area around our bay window both inside and outside. He determined that the repair would be minimal and completed the repair in short order. I am happy with the communication and the work that was done.

It was a pleasure working with the Home Genius Exteriors teams (roofing & gutters). They did their jobs efficiently and answered all of my questions. They even did a small add-on job that was additional to the roofing that I hadn’t wanted to do myself. Can’t say yet how well the roof works yet since we haven’t had the weather necessary to really test it out, but I’m very confident in their work.

Overall experience was excellent. Got a great quote for the size of job. The crew was well managed and performed quality work. Pablo was the Project Manager and kept me informed as work progressed. A small hiccup with delivery of material, but the crew continued prep work and all worked out for the best. The end result looks great!

Excellent and Professional service!

We searched Angi for "gutters repairs" and Home Genius Exteriors was listed as a contractor with good reviews. Unfortunately Home Genius Exteriors does not provide gutter repair serivce. They will only sell you a new gutter system or add a guard. This is misleading which is why I gave them 2 stars.

Unfortunately, we didn't even get started. I received a call from the company and spoke to their representative Kyary. She asked if I could answer a list of questions, but instead of the questions being related to the project, she started asking personal information - like, do I own the home with my spouse? When I inquired about her line of questioning, she explained that when their technician comes to the house, we would both need to be available. When I explained that that the company would be dealing only with me, she gave me the ultimatum that we would both need to be there or there's no estimate or service. (My questions to all...is when did it become the norm for a home improvement service company to make demands and having their representatives defend company policy, and expect a prospective client to go out of their way to meet company demands? It used to be where companies were hired to make things easier for the client, isn't that the case? Or is it now to where we work for the company and have to pay them too? And top dollar on top of that! In this case, does this mean that my wife and I both have to take personal time off from work or time away from the children, so that the technician can feel good about talking to both owners? So they make the demands on how our household makes its decisions? What ever happened to customer relationship management and facilitating a customer's needs? Am I so far behind the times?) Let's just say that when the ultimatum was announced, I apologized to Kyary for wasting her time and ended the call. I do not see myself calling or recommending Home Genius Exteriors in the future.

They were Excellent, they came on time, they finished the work in just a couple of hours and there is no issue.

The color is good and the new gutters make my house look so much better. The cost was much more than I expected, but what wonderful work!

I put my project in Angi. This company called and went through a bunch of standard questions before asking about my specific project. When I told them that the downspout from one of my gutters had separated from my house and I needed it repaired, the representative said that they only do gutters, not downspouts.

We had originally contracted with the company to install a replacement gutter system for our home back in September 2020, and the project that was completed efficiently and on time. Subsequently, the gutter was damaged during a winter storm in February 2021 and because were satisfied with the original installation, we contacted Home Genius Exteriors to effect the repairs. The entire organization, from the sales rep to the installation crew were very professional and a pleasure to work. A special shout out to Jamie Depaul, the gentleman who managed the repair project and oversaw the work.

Ralph, Trey, Claire and Jamie were great- I would use them again for other jobs if needed. First class organization, and they seem to be very honest.

They did a phenomenal job. They are 6" gutters and the downspouts are a lot wider. Edgar Acosta was magnificent and represented their business well. Both of my neighbors, who have also used them because of how much they liked how our gutters looked, also really liked him. The workers were also great and got the job done quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised how the entire process went. Aron Fowler was the sales rep. I can't say enough about his professionalism and honesty. He explained my options and helped me to decide what was best for me. He is very personable and it was a pleasure to do business with him. The installers also did a great job. They worked very hard and efficiently. My gutters got a true test ,30 minutes after they finished .we had a torrential rain fall and they passed the test!

First of all the first impressions are always my biggest indication that I am going with a company to handle a project for me. These people knocked it out the park and were super nice and courteous to my needs and wants. They installed my gutters leading to the front of m house professionally and did an outstanding job along with the cleanup. I was impressed so much that I asked them to come back in two weeks and do the back ones as well. The price was very competitive, and work again was great. Would definitely use them again.

The team was helpful, patient, and professional. Really could not have asked for a better provider of this service. Made helpful suggestions on colors etc but allowed us to make the final decisions and take the time we needed. Will definitely work with them again.

In less than 48 hours after my first contact with Home Genius Exteriors the project was discussed thoroughly, financed and completed. I could not have asked for any better service.
