Great service

replaced the roof and gutter, not my first time on the project. My 1st time working with Home Genius, I'm glad I chose them. The crews that represent the company ( Buddy, Alex, Tim and Pablo and the crew) Are the greatest person I have met. Very professional, ontime, they all take their time to explain all my questions/concerns and show me every step of the project, I am greatly to be served by this wonderful people and company.

Two thumbs up - did a thorough inspection, answered all my questions, and worked diligently to help me understand my options. Scheduled roof replacement for the following week (others couldn’t do it for weeks) and did a quality job at reasonable costs.

The salesperson explained their product options in a lot of detail, so we knew what the quote was for. I can't say the same of the other quotes we got. We were scheduled within a week, and they replaced our roof very quickly. It looks great, and I'd highly recommend them.

I don't know how you do it, but your employees are totally devoted to the company!! I've been so impressed with their bounding enthusiasm to please, and their ready action when possible difficulties had to be addressed. Smiles galore, how reassuring, plus their honest and selfless demeanors. First, there was George, who with his enthusiasm and KNOWLEDGE of the company's advantages and his LISTENING WELL to our concerns, really amazed us. His natural and open demeanor caught us up, and my husband did what he never does, he signed on after George served us. After that there was delightful Jamie, who seemed right at hand whenever I called her and had info I requested put right in my hand, and what a cheerful, positive, and LISTENING person. Right now I just finished talking to Casey, Wonder Woman! She helped me- (I'm 81), to get to this site so I could get my appraisals to you. She solved a big problem, of how to get a worker to an end of the roof, that seemed to have no access and was super kind. She seems to have a really good relationship with the workmen, too. She was smiling and super positive, and seemed innocent and honest! You must a good company that takes good care of your people, because they are shining for you!
