We used Home Genius Exteriors to replace some siding on our home. It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. They worked up until the very last minutes of daylight to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and cleaned all the scraps/waste from our yard and driveway before leaving. We would definitely use Home Genius Exteriors again!

Home Genius was from beginning to end one of the most professional and efficient contractors I have ever worked with. I own my home and rental property and thus hire home installation and repair companies often. From their estimator/sales person to the project manager and installers they all went out of their way to communicate and address all questions I had about product, scheduling, warranty ect. They arrived on time and finished on time leaving my property impeccably clean with a reasonable invoice to be paid interest free over months. I just wish they did interior work !

Work stayed on schedule through completion and in an agreed timely manner. Crew was efficient and AJ kept me updated and answered all questioned asked. Would highly recommend!

Excellent crew, excellent work & cleaned up job site after completion

I had a great overall experience with Home Genius Exteriors. Dante, the sales rep. showed up on time for our appointment and was very informative. He was the only roofing company rep to ask to inspect my attic as part of assessing our roofing needs (for ventilation). The initial bid came in quite high compared to other companies' bids, but Markus, one of the sales managers, came back with a very competitive quote that I felt was a great value for the cost of replacing our roof with the Owens Corning roofing system. Once I signed the contract, they were eager -- and very quick -- to start work; I heard from Tabatha, the compliance review specialist soon after. They arrived early on the day of the work, and Allen, the crew chief, had his crew on the roof in no time. Allen, the project manager arrived soon after that to talk me through the project and answer my questions. The crew shared photos with me throughout the day so I could see the progress they were making in near-real time. The crew finished the whole project in one day and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. AJ stopped by the next morning to review the work, close out the project and collect the balance due. I greatly appreciated the great communications from all involved at Home Genius Exteriors, and I would highly recommend working with this company.

Big Thanks to the WHOLE Home Genius Crew. You guys are amazing and very professional. I love the end result and the connection with the individuals I've encountered. I didn't just feel like another customer, I felt safe and secured. This process felt as if I was working with a family. All of it started with Katie, it probably was the chucks & her beanie lol. She sold me soon as she began to speak about her job. She is super passionate and wholesome. Took many photos and explained each and everyone of them. I feel I even learned how to be a thorough inspector myself from Katie's info' aloneð …. She also answered each of my questions, & sat with me through every step of the buying process. She didn't over recommend, she took her time and really helped with what would be best for both myself and my home. Afterwards I had no worries. Blessed to have been walked through this process with her. Also, very huge thanks to Jamie. She was respectful and patient with my schedule, as well as with me not being able to have my phone where I work. She made sure that I didn't feel rushed or a burden. She even responded to me at a later time that day, which was more convenient for me. She got me booked for the next morning, & handled my situation with grace. I was surprised at how quick it all was and relieved to get it on the calendar. Thank you Jamie very much. As for the crew themselves, you all made my home much more beautiful and safe. I got to the street and smiled right away as I drove up. It's amazing, and I wouldn't change my decision of working with you guys if I could. Leo and his crew got the job done in an impressive, timely manner. Didn't take long at all. I was notified of them coming prior to and when they arrived, which was early morning. I was already off to work, but I definitely felt like I was there, thanks to AJ. The job was finished by noon. You guys left no trash, and I loved that tarps were placed down beforehand. Just an amazing crew overall. Super neat and hard working. Once again thank you AJ. He took time out of his night to be able to meet me for close-out, to be able to work better with my timeline. As he went over everything he was just as happy as I was about the finish product. He was friendly, answered all my questions, & made sure I was informed. And Marcus thanks for welcoming me, that means alot to take the time out to-do so. You and Katie were the 1st I encountered and you guys were the reason I knew I could trust the job. Everyone was genuine, big smiles, and hard workers. I've never felt alone in this process which started on Sunday, and finished Tuesday. Someone was with me everystep of the way. The transitions were smooth and concise. All personnel on this job was incredible. I've had the best 1st maintenance experience as a 1st time home owner, with you all. Thank you for everything you've done and all you do. I am grateful for the one and only Midnight plum roof featured color on my home!! I will be working with home genius again in the near future. Home Genius started my roofing project early today and did an excellent job. Clean up was superior and they finished by 1pm! I would highly recommend them for any outside exterior projects. The entire team was on time, skilled in their work, and very professional. They did not waste any time installing my new roof. They kept me verbally informed as well as visually informed of every phase of the installation, The crew took pictures of the installation. The project manager addressed all of my concerns. If he didn't know the answer to my question he immediately got someone who did.

All employees we had contact with were very good to work with from the point of sale to the finish of the project. Everyone made the whole process easy to complete. Everyone came on time as expected and kept us informed during the installation of where they were in the process. The pictures we received during the installation were great. We definitely would use Home Genius again for other projects and recommend them to others

From start to finish the crew and staff were very professional. Jimmy Holm inspected the roof and attic, thoroughly explained the products that would be used, the installation process and assisted me in acquiring the financing that would meet my needs. Jamie DePaul, project coordinator, kept me informed of the project schedule and when work could start. The project manage, AJ Meyer let me know when the crew was going to arrive and kept in touch with the crew to monitor progress. Photos were also taken during the roof removal, installation and completion. As recommended by Willy, the crew chief, that additional plywood was recommended. AJ immediately called me to discuss how I wanted to proceed. I agreed to the recommendation and work continued. I was not a surprise with the recommendation since my house is almost 60 years old. AJ also came to my house while the crew was working and upon completion. The Willyâ s crew was wonderful. They were very mindful around all of my gardens. After they had completed the clean up, you couldnâ t even tell five men had been hauling, stripping old roofing, hammering, etc.! The roof looks great. It is also quieter inside ð
