I must say that I felt that Dylan and the crew did their best to gain my trust to sign on the dotted line. I had a quote from another Contractor that was much cheaper but Dylanâ s willingness to explain the process and the product/materials helped close the sale. I thought he was genuine. Highly recommend!

I was pleased with Home Genius Exteriors, and would recommend them to family and fruends. Working with Jimmie, the Sales Rep. was a pleasure to work with. His knowledge with the different materials was on point. He explain the overall uses of all materials used. AJ the on site Project Manager was helpful and respectful of my concerns and made sure all questions were answer. He also made sure I received all the photos of the work being done. The Roofing Crew was incredible, they did a beautiful job replacing the old roof. The job was done in a timely manner and the clean-up was superb. Not only did they clean my property, but they also made sure the neighbòr yard was cleaned. Overall they did an excellent job. Thank you!

I have used HGE for 2 major projects now (roof and windows) and they provide excellent customer service and great communication with customers. The roof job only took 2 days and the 15 windows replaced took less than one day. Very fast and professional work from Trey, Judd, and team.

My husband and I experienced was nothing but great! I researched for a roofing company thru Facebook and ended up with Home Genius which was the quickest turnaround Iâ  ve ever seen. Ali and her trainee was so passionate and understanding from the start, it felt like we have known them for years. To have our consultation on a Monday night and with a new roof on that Weds was totally mind blowing. To top it off, we had step by step feedback from the project manager AJ with the live can footage and constant communication/pics about project and reassuring us that we are in good hands. Home Genius came out to install a new roof with architectural shingles , gutters and fascia trim on my home. Communication was outstanding, the team was amazing, and knew exactly what was going on with the project. Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. I would give them 100 stars if I were able to! I highly recommend Home Genius for all exterior projects and I will be using them for myself, and friends! Thank you

Everyone is very professional. Very informative, efficient and Nick and Ali made the inspection fun and easy to understand. AJ was professional, punctual, helpful and kept me updated during the roofing install. Photos were provided constantly and made the project easy to understand. We had six quotes for our new roof and while not the cheapest, HGE was very competitive. We loved the expertise and knowledge that the estimator, Darian, brought with her. Our project manager, Jamie, was very responsive to questions we had after signing. The site supervisor, AJ, was incredibly communicative with us during the actual work. HGE promised us a "better experience' than other companies and we honestly felt they delivered.

Markus and the admin staff, James, AJ, Willie all played their parts exceptionally. The service was professional and friendly, The crew was helpful, efficient and courteous. Iâ m appreciative of the care displayed through the project, from start to finish. Iâ ll definitely come to them again for future projects. Lifetime customer earned.
