Everybody i met was wonderful, and provided an excellent experience. Pakos window crew came in professionally, explained the process to me, and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. The project manager Dylan came after the job was wrapped up to get closing documents done and provided a pleasant experience as well. Highly recommend.

Zach was a wonderful sales rep from the start and he made me comfortable choosing the correct contractor for our roof replacement. The crew arrived on time as promised and left my home the way they found it which was greatly appreciated. Dylan maintained thorough contact during the project making sure we were aware of timelines when they job had to extend to day 2 due to wood replacement. I have no complaints thus far and would recommend.

The initial presentation was direct and to the point. Ty answered any and all questions that arose which was very helpful. The installers were right on time at 7 AM and got to work immediately without taking breaks. They worked professionally, leaving my yard exactly the way they found it. Finally, the project manager Dylan was very thorough in his communications, keeping me up to speed on the project and coming by to do a final inspection for me along with getting my documents finalized. Home Genius, wow. the team is Courteous!! They worked in a cleanly manner and showed up on time. Chris did an amazing presentation initially and The managers Omar and Tom were very impressive, they kept in contact through out the day, i am beyond impressed and very happy with the job they have done on my roof, great crew, great people. 10/10!

After reading online reviews I saw that they had high sales pressure tactics , but as far my experience not at all! I had an amazing experience with every one involved from the kind door knocker, to the sales person all the way to project manager and the crew! They all did an exceptional job!

Home Genius was a great Company to work the whole team was just awesome from Ty the sales rep and AJ project manager was awesome he made sure the job was done right and timely.He communicated with me through out the whole project and also stop by.Ricky the crew chief was great together with his team, at the climax of it all am a happy customer and will refer to friends and family I know that home genius is the way to go for your home exterior project.

installation team Leo was prompt, efficient and clean. All communication with sales, schedulers and job foremen was prompt and pro active. They won my business because they came out to my location, quoted me a reasonable price and completed the work in less than 1 week

I had a great experience, even with a hiccup on scheduling we got through it and everyone I met has been amazing, Thank you Omar, Eric and the crew for the new roof!

I have had a wonderful experience with Home Genius Exteriors and am glad I made the choice to go with them as my contractor. I’m normally not so receptive to allowing strangers into my home, but the salesman, Ty completely changed my tune from the get go. He was extremely well spoken and experienced in his trade, leading my to feel beyond comfortable in allowing them to replace my roof and trim. During install day, the roofers showed up on time & completed the entire job within 6 hours. The project manager, Dylan was awesome as well, greeting me first thing in the morning, answering all the questions we had, and ensuring the crew had everything they need to complete a flawless installation. They’re coming back for some trim replacement as well & im beyond convinced that will go just as smoothly as today has! Thanks Home Genius!

The experience was great, from beginning to end. The initial estimator came out (was very funny), the guys worked hard and very professional. Everyday the team came at the same time, was right on it, and got the job done. Really good experience.
