Truly appreciated the professionalism and hard work! My house looks so much better!

My previous home reno experiences (over three homes) have not been the best. For example, the "promised" time to complete a project. Many of us have learned to triple that time. On a Friday and Saturday I Interviewed three highly rated companies for a roof replacement. Of the three, I selected Home Genius Exteriors. Here I sit on the following Monday evening and the job is complete. The roof looks beautiful. The grounds around the house are spotless. From the estimators Mohammed and Daniel to the project manager, Dylan, the entire experience was top notch - extremely professional, and super efficient. And, to top it off, constant communication and response. Highly recommended and I will use the for two pending siding and window projects.

Leo's crew came bright and early and stayed until almost nightfall to make sure everything was taken care of in one day. They hardly took any breaks and cleanup was flawless which was pleasantly surprising with all of the cedar they had to remove from my old roof. It's not hard to see why Home Genius comes highly recommended.

From start to finish the home genius team did a great job. No pressure sales pitch from Jimmy. Didnâ t charge to come out to provide a quote. Workmanship was exceptional. Crew was curtious and responsive. Work was done in a day. Wish I would have gone to home genius first and not some of these fly by night contractors Iâ ve used in the past. Omar took great care of us and let us know how the project was going.

He has overwhelmed me with his experience, knowledge, and problem solving skills. And to be quite honest, I was addressed with obstacles early on and was close to giving up, and Leonard listened to everything I had to say, addressed all of my concerns, has the patience of Job, and took control of the situation. He owned & addressed all of the issues and made them right, ensured my project was done in excellent detail. Coming from a military background, I pay close attention to detail and the crew was very precise, kind, polite, and hardworking. The crew worked through every obstacle, in rough weather, and did a fantastic job. In addition to all of the above, Leonard has gone beyond the needs of a project manager from checking my mail, fixing my electrical issues, bringing in packages, and going absolutely above and beyond. He has fantastic work ethic, integrity, and follows THROUGH. I highly recommend Home Genius, and will absolutely refer them to ANYBODY who is in need of exterior renovations.
