Kyle was our project manager, and he did an excellent job of communicating progress, and keeping in touch before, during, and after the work was completed. He was able to give us a walk through using photos of the work taken by the team and documenting all of the work that they completed. The team arrived to the job early, and had the job complete in under 7 hours. This included the removal of all the old shingles, replacing any roofing boards that needed to be replaced (it's a roof from 1945, so boards instead of plywood sheets), and installing the new shingles, including a ventilation system, drip edge flashing, and a felt vapor barrier. The finished job looks fantastic. Our family is very happy to have a sealed, weather proof roof again! I highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for speed, efficiency, quality, and communication. The experience with Home Genius has been great. Had a roof replaced last year and they came back today to replace my bow window in the front. Big shout out to Dylan the PM for setting expectations & delivering, and also to Eddies window crew for the hard work!

Excellent inspection and interview with their representative (Blake provided pictures of the damage, explained damage and replacement process patiently answering my questions. An enthusiastic representative of the company.). Kyle oversaw the roofing replacement which took place literally the next day - and they beat the downpour . The crew was courteous, respectful of the property and did an excellent job of removing all debris. I highly recommend them.

From the star of the process I was so impressed with Tyâ s ability to provide all the information I needed to make a decision. Leoâ s crew worked under this heat to complete the work. These guys were great. Allen met me at the door with a firm handshake told me what they were about to do and if I had any questions just ask.

The crew worked very hard for 2 days in over 105 degrees to get my roof and skylights installed. Dylan was with me every step of the way and had no problems being available when I needed him for small or big questions. If my experience is the normal experience, they have earned my praise and recommendation!

We recently had our front windows replaced with Home genius and had an amazing experience. The windows are beautiful and affordable; and the customer service was exceptional. Our onsite tech Mendez was fast, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Dylan assisted with all of questions, measurements and final walk thru. What an amazing experience!!! On 6/27/24 Home Genius Exteriors arrived at my home at 7:30 AM with a call from my Project Manager calling me and introducing himself to me and alerting me that the crew was outside. The crew came in, began working, didn't make a lot of fuss, no playing games, the went to work!!! Today the completed the work and I AM SO PLEASED!! HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY!!! My home looks AMAZING!!! Leo and the crew did amazing job on installation of new roof. Was a bit let down by the turnaround time to obtain the permit, but ended up pleased with the final result.

They did a wonderful job on my siding project, it looks great. Ali was a great representative and answered all of my questions and helped me choose a color. The crew was friendly and my project manager kept in touch during the entire project. Highly recommend them.
