Home Genius exceeded all of my expectations. Leonard is an impeccable Program Manager and he deserves a promotion and raise in pay for how well he represents your company. He has overwhelmed me with his experience, knowledge, and problem solving skills. And to be quite honest, I was addressed with obstacles early on and was close to giving up, and Leonard listened to everything I had to say, addressed all of my concerns, has the patience of Job, and took control of the situation. He owned & addressed all of the issues and made them right, ensured my project was done in excellent detail. Coming from a military background, I pay close attention to detail and the crew was very precise, kind, polite, and hardworking. The crew worked through every obstacle, in rough weather, and did a fantastic job. In addition to all of the above, Leonard has gone beyond the needs of a project manager from checking my mail, fixing my electrical issues, bringing in packages, and going absolutely above and beyond. He has fantastic work ethic, integrity, and follows THROUGH. I highly recommend Home Genius, and will absolutely refer them to ANYBODY who is in need of exterior renovations.

Very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and They cleaned up as they went and they completed the job in a timely manner and for a great price and they were more reasonable than other companies, I loved that they had financing and high quality materials, they answered all my questions and they were very upfront and professional. This sales rep Kwanza explained everything up front and let me know the unforeseen costs that were too come along so it wouldnâ t be such a surprise. My project manager Omar, showed me the photos of the unforeseen issues and it was well explained. They performed ! Highly professional company and Iâ m so happy with my new roof! The communication was good and Chris was a nice gentleman and worked well with me and Omar kept in contact with me the whole time they were doing the project while I wasnâ t home and sent pictures.

The Team and Eddie were prompt and ready to start the job as the appointment showed. Extremely competent and cleared all debris from property. Would welcome them back.

Home Genius exterior come on time for roof replacement assessment, crew come on time and quickly after signed contract. Project manager Leonard is very responsive, calls as soon onsite, get jobs done , communicate as needed till job completion. Very happy with their works. I like company cam, see the progress in real time.

Great experience!

Alans crew arrived bright and early this morning and got straight to work. Not long after, we received an introductory call from the project manager Dylan to make sure expectations were clear and followed up with us throughout the day. The crew was extremely respectful of our living area, causing zero interruptions and remained respectful and responsible throughout the day. The cleanup process was amazing given the amount of debris from our old roof & Dylan was polite and courteous during all of our interactions. I would confidently recommend this company to others looking for home improvement needs.

Home Genius Rocked out on not only my windows but my siding! The crew was great, they cleaned up every day after they were done and cared about my dogs and finished my job in record time, I know not every construction project can go this smooth but mine did and Iâ m grateful for Omarâ s communication and The crews attention to detail and attitude! Daniel and his crew came on time and left the site cleaned up. Even washed off the deck snd driveway. Walked though everything to make sure all work was done well. Dylan contacted me when there was a rain delay. Was accommodating with the date to do the finally walk through.

From the sales person to the technicians to the site manager my experience was nothing but spectacular! The efficiency, the courteous attitudes and the overall knowledge of the job was amazing!
