I am pleased with the work performed by Dylan and his crew installing our windows and doors. They were very professional and explained the process before and after installation. Dylan came back to check and make minor adjustments. I would recommend this project, it made a big difference to our home.

I had new windows installed in my house. They were easy to work with and did a great job with the installation. Dillon helped me with my measurements and did the final walkthrough with me. He was super knowledgeable and helpful.

I called HGE due to a leak in my roof and they came out, assessed the issues and gave me an amazing deal to get my roof replaced! They were out 3 days later and did a fantastic job. From Markus the Sale Director, AJ the Project Manager to Leo and his crew, all my questions, concerns and issues were answered and solved! Cannot beat the price, quality and warranty. Highly recommend!!

The experience was very pleasant. Everyone from the salesmen to the installer were courteous. They cleaned up my property after completing the job. Any items that needed to be moved the did that and put them back at the completion of the job. Also the job was completed on time

From the young man who first knocked on my door, to the salesman who came to the house, to the crew that got the project going, and the supervisor who helped with finishing up the paperwork. They all were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I needed a new roof and was in the process of looking around for a good contractor. That was one job I hated because of the pressure and stress Iâ ve experienced in the past when needing major work done around the house. But, with this company THERE WAS NO PRESSURE!!! Emmanuel was the young man who came to my door, explained who he was, and who he worked for, and was very respectful of my time. I told him I was interested to see what they had to offer. Then came Ralph. Ralph was very pleasant, easygoing, and fun. He was informative, and knowledgeable, listened, and worked with us. We felt very comfortable around him. Have you ever agreed to a contract, but after theyâ d leave, you would start regretting it, and wonder if you did the right thing? Youâ d toss and turn throughout the night debating if you should cancel or keep it? That night, I slept like a baby. We were shown what materials would be used, how they worked, and what would be good, better, and best, for my dwelling. The pricing was what I expected, and I had a range of choices to choose from. What I didnâ t expect was to be able to get a better deal that was within my price range. As the hubby and I discussed the options, prices, and financial positions, not once were we pressured or interrupted to make a decision. It was my hubby who, after careful discussion, brainstorming, viewing, and reviewing, said letâ s go with the best. Then came the day for installationâ ¦ I had a double layer of shingles that needed to be removed. After removal, it was found, I needed some wood replaced. AJ was the supervisor, and he kept us informed throughout the process. As the project progressed, he sent us pictures so we could see it for ourselves, or the reason for replacement, whatever the situation, we were informed. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very polite, and the crew worked efficiently, just like a team should. I have to say, that group of men worked very well together. Also, after the roof was done, the crew did their diligence to make sure everything was cleaned up. After the cleanup, AJ sat with us to close out everything and to make sure we were pleased with the job that was done. I highly recommend this company. Not once were we pressured into anything we didnâ t want. We were informed throughout the project of how things were going. The whole crew was polite and respectful. From Emmanuel to Ralph, AJ, and the crew, all were there to serve you. In the future, for any exterior projects I have that need attention, I am calling these guys back.

Home Genius Exterior Installers were very professional, qualified and did exceptional work. I had installation done today 9/16/24. Project Mgr Ryan and Team were very easy and accommodating to work with. Windows look Great! This Company also installed my New Roof on 5/3/24. The Salesrep, Prokect Mgr Kyre and Team did exceptional and professional work. I really Love my New Roof and Windowâ s. Salesrep and everyone is so accommodating. They work with the customer very well until youâ re satisfied with your decision to hire this Company. I highly recommend this company and Staff to everyone.

I had a very great experience from Daniel my sales rep all the way through the to the team that scheduled the install. The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. They don't cut corners and you get what you pay for with this company

Window installation was very good and well done. Cost was very good. Team crew and, team leaderâ Dylanâ were all fantastic, timely, and courteous.

The entire team was professional, Daniel was very friendly and engaged during the estimate process and the install team was clean and kind and Omar the PM walked us around at the end of the project to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great job

Overall the company was well represented by everyone we came into contact with. The employees were experienced including the sales rep, Patrick and project manager, Dylan. Communication from the office leading up to the install to completion was very successful as well. The roof looks great, job well done!
