Heriberto provided me with an estimate over email, and said he would be able to perform the work on Wednesday, 03/28/2018. Heriberto was unresponsive up until that day, then contacted me saying the work will be done Friday, 03/30/2018, and provided me with a timeframe (8-8:30 am) of when his crew would arrive. They never showed up and no work has been performed. Heriberto never responded to my calls.

It went great - Heriberto offered us a great rate and they just about got the job done in one day. Very fast turnaround, the longest part was just waiting for the HOA to approve it. He got the job done the day after we moved in. Very responsive. Heavy winds knocked a piece of trim loose. I called Heriberto this morning and maybe 3 hours later someone came to fix the roof.

They did a beautiful job, made an 80 year old house look new!!!! Took care of all the issues that I asked them to address, even made changes that I requested as the job went along. They were very easy to work with!!! Excellent choice!

After calling many roofing repair companies and only getting a commitment to drive by and inspect my wind damaged roof within a few days, I called HF Roofing and spoke with Heriberto. He came out to my house within an hour to look at the damage. He quoted me a reasonable price and said that if he was able to find the matching shingle brand and color then he would have a crew out to do the repairs the next day (Sunday). Otherwise, he would have to wait until Monday to purchase the correct shingles to do the repairs. He contacted me on Sunday morning to say that he had the shingles, and the crew came out to my house an hour or two later. I am so happy to have the damage repaired so quickly and in advance of forecasted rain. HF Roofing customer service rates an A+.

Pretty good we are verry happy with all the work I also recommended Mr Flores to my next door neighbor and I'll defenetly do it again in the near future if some friend's or family members are in need of the same king of work

The work went as described. His crew came in and did a beautiful job, they did everything that they said they would do and in the timeframe that we were told. My shingles on my roof were falling all on my front lawn. After meeting with several companies, I decided to use HF General Contractor Inc. to fix the problem on my roof. The owner of the company Mr. Heriberto went on the roof and identified the problem immediately along with some other issues that he saw that needed tending too. I was very surprise because the other contractors that came to my home did not say a word about it. The HF Crew fixed my chimney and roof. Now that my chimney was corrected, I do not have to worry about rain getting in through the cracks or sides. I was impressed and happy that Mr. Heriberto saw the issues and he even showed pictures and videos for me to view since I did not have much knowledge of roofing and shingles which was very helpful in understanding the issues at hand once I was able to view the information he provided to me. HF General Contractor Inc Crew was very responsive from the time of their arrival until they left for the day with my roof and chimney being completely. This was a two day process they fix the chimney first and came back to do the roofing. All work was performed on-time!!!! WOW!!!!! HF General Contractor Inc. was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I thought it was one of the neatest roofing jobs I have ever seen. It looks just like in the pictures that was shown to me when I selected the product to use to complete the work. Not a nail or errant shingle in sight. It went extremely well! Heriberto gave me an estimate on a Friday and began work on a Monday morning. He and his crew were very professional and punctual. Their experience was made very clear as they seamlessly went from one chore to the next. I've been receiving daily compliments from my neighbors since their completion.

We selected HF Roofing for a full roof replacement and some roof ventilation improvements and are extremely satisfied with the quality of the sales process and the work performed. Heriberto is very consultative and customer-centric. He sells first quality materials and offers very good solutions, such as an innovative soffit vent system that looked much better than traditional vents. He completed the work as promised and was on site with his crew. Their attention to detail was great and they cleaned up the site perfectly. His bid was competitive and he offered much better materials - beware of lower bids with off brand shingles. He also was very upfront about what I didn't need and actually advised against a power roof vent given the venting solution he recommended saving us money. Heriberto is the model of a good contractor - responsive, understands the homeowner's viewpoint, committed to a quality job and personally involved in the delivery.

Heriberto came and gave a free estimate and returned the next day to complete the work. He worked so well that my neighbor hired him on the spot! He also corrected a poorly installed exhaust vent cover. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Flores not only provided us with excellent workmanship and quality, but also a price that worked with our budget. Smooth, quick, clean and quality. Heriberto came on tuesday to check out the job and give an estimate. His crew was there the next day and did the roof, and came back the following day put on new gutters. Crew didnt leave a mess and was careful with the plants around the house. Extremely pleased with the service, quality and price, and highly recommend.

HF Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. They were a pleasure to deal with and the work was outstanding. Mr. Flores quickly responded to assess my leaking roof and then explained my options. While the leaking section could have been repaired for several hundred dollars, I decided to replace the entire roof which was already 24 years old. Mr. Flores was great about explaining all the different shingle options without pressuring us one way or the other, and he helped us choose a good location to install a sun tunnel. The contract was straightforward and didn't have any surprises, something I've heard is not the case with other roofers. The work itself was done professionally and quickly, and everything looks great. The crew cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. I've since had another contractor out to look at a different project and he commented that the roofers had done very good work. The most impressive part of this whole experience was that HF Roofing squeezed me into their schedule and worked in sub-freezing temperatures to get me a new roof before the big blizzard in January. They completed all of the work in one day (Wednesday) and the blizzard came Friday night. If they had not gone out of their way to do my roof on short-notice, I would have had some major water damage to deal with once the snow started melting.

I highly recommend HF Roofing Contractors for your next roofing needs. I met with the President, Heriberto Flores, last Monday along with a couple of my neighbors. He spent a good part of the morning with us explaining our roofing options and his services, working out of his van which was a showroom on wheels. He was knowledgeable, detailed, and professional. We had three other estimates for the work; none were as thorough and reasonable as HF Roofing Contractors. Mr. Flores (he's a hands-on president) and his hard-working crew arrived promptly on Monday morning and were finished by the afternoon, as he said they would be. The clean-up was excellent. The roof looks great; we are extremely pleased.

He's very knowledgeable. He came exactly when he said he was gonna come. He did the work very professionally. They cleaned up. They did an excellent job cleaning up. They worked very hard and the end result is excellent.

The visit was fine and detailed, its been five days and have yet to follow up with a written estimate.

Herbert gave me an estimate on Thursday and started working on Saturday. It was a small job for his crew and it only took them a day and a half to install the windows and door. Another company estimated the job would have taken a week. The crew really knew what they were doing -- they even installed a set of stairs for me before the started working the second day. They were careful to flash the windows and doors properly and made sure that the spacing shims was symmetric when there were multiple side-by-side windows. Since there was some play in the vertical placement of the windows, they asked me how I wanted them installed before doing it. A lot of crews would just fire the windows in the way the quickest way possible without asking, but the fact they were concerned both about the proper installation and the aesthetics of the windows was very impressive.

We were impressed by their professionalism from start to finish. Mr. Flores spent time with us on the decision of choosing the products—best color matches and materials, and did a few site visits before his crew came out to start the job. They oversaw delivery of the materials, worked in a safe and professional manner, cleaning up each night to keep the site safe for our tenants. They were respectful and courteous to our tenants as well. Their work was detail-oriented and exceeding our expectations with replacing more plywood sub-roof than we had anticipated, installing additional attic ventilation and painting vent stacks as well as installing a new roof hatch and cladding over odd shaped roof vents.
