Description of Work: Mr. Harrison provided excellent service at a reasonable price. He repaired my 15-year old dishwasher within a day after I called for service. The drain line was clogged and he cleared it. I also had him look at our 20+ year old washing machine which had been squeaking and he determined that it wasn't agitating (which I'd suspected). He fixed that as well. He's very "old school" and comfortable repairing older equipment. He explained the advantages of older washers and dryers over newer models (much better washing) which made me decide not to get new appliances. He dispensed helpful advice about our dishwasher and explained how it works. I've used him three or four times over the last 15 years. Best repair person I've ever worked with.

+ -1 moreI do not use them any longer because they are not insured and my office decided that it was not a way for us. Besides that I have not had any problems with them, but my corporate office has problems with them. Harrison’s refused to sign the letter which said they take all the liability on themselves and henceforth we discontinued using them. Their prices are a little bit high. Apart from them I rate them high overall.
Description of Work: I am a property manager of rental properties and Harrison Appliance SVC INC have been my only appliance repair people since 1994 until three months ago.

+ -1 moreI am very happy and satisfied with them. Mr. Harrison is very good at giving advice in terms of it a particular appliance is worth repairing or you need to consider replacing it. I find him to be very helpful. I am very happy with him.
Description of Work: I have used Harrison Appliance Svc Inc many times over the year. The last time they came they repaired our washer and dryer.
