My husband and I are so excited and pleased with the install of our doors and windows. My husband does not want to replace anything unless it breaks. He definitely was going to be the hard one to break. Brennen explained, in great details the energy savings, the materials being used, and the process from beginning to the end. Oh and the prices are definitely workable! The entire staff at Green Energy LLC were pleasant and professional. Just an amazing experience. Can't wait for phase II!

The salesman, Brennen Calloway, was excellent. He outlined the process in detail, was very friendly and courteous, and readily available for any questions we had. The window installation went extremely well. Installers were neat, efficient and also very courteous. Our windows are beautiful, we are extremely pleased, and we highly recommend Green Energy LLC.

Mr. Calloway went out of his way to ensure I received a thorough and timely estimate. The presentation was excellent and the product was the highest quality that I've seen out of 4 estimates. I chose not to go with this company for this job because there would be a less than charge (I only want 2 windows done) and an extra labor fee for removal of my cement block windows. The other windows in my home are only a few years old but if I were planning to replace more windows I would certainly go with Green Energy. I plan to use them in the spring when I replace my doors.

I wanted to replace as many of my many windows and double glass doors as possible within my budget. Brennan not only drove way out to my rural home several times, he also worked with me to get as much as possible for the money I had available, and finally gave me a price for the remaining windows and doors that will not expire for another year. His presentation was very informative and interesting, and also pleasant and comfortable with no hard sell pressure. Do plan to be talking to him for quite a while if you have to discuss a big job. The windows and double glass doors were installed two days ago, much more quickly than I had imagined. The workers who installed them were on time, polite and good-natured, and even did some repair work below one of my glass doors where they discovered wetness, all for the stated price on the contract with no extra charge. One of them also made sure I knew how to operate the swing-out windows and the locks on the doors before they left. I usually choose to deal with local individuals rather than larger companies for work on my home nowadays, but I can't imagine a better experience with any other company. One caveat, which has to do with the company providing the financing, not with Green Energy itself: although I have an excellent credit rating over 800 and little debt, I could not get the 1-year-same-as-cash financing because (I assume) I don't have a normal career, but instead get most of my income from renting a couple of apartments in my home and one other house. But Brennan helped me split the order into two parts, half now and half next year, at the same price he had offered me before. The windows look great and operate smoothly. The clean-up was also done well.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. They were okay. I did not dislike anything. I mean, they fixed the door. My interactions with them were fine; they were friendly, polite and professional. They might have taken a couple of minutes longer to fix the problem, but they did fix the problem. Actually I am happy with them. They were only, like, a few minutes over, that was all. They were responsive, he told me what they were doing. I think they were on time, I can't remember.

The installation went well. The storm door feels sturdy. The windows feel sturdy as well. The installation only took a few hours. Overall I'm quite satisfied.

The work performed on the interior door was fine but it wasn't my primary reason for buying the deal. I needed the closing mechanism on my storm door moved from the bottom of the door to the top. The repairman moved it to the top but was unable to complete the installation because of missing parts. I was disappointed that he didn't suggest getting another part while he was present so the repair could be completed. In addition, once my husband obtained the missing part and completed the job, we discovered that putting the mechanism at the top of the door prevented the use of the screen stored in the upper part of the door. Don't quite understand why the workman didn't alert me to this possibly being a problem.

The provider arrived on time. The service that I purchased was for door maintenance and upon looking at the door, it was determined that the dead bolt needed to be replaced. They were able to replace it and re-attach the weather stripping for the door. They cleaned up nicely upon completion of the job.

This was a $99 big deal. It went good bug but it was not enough time to get done what we needed done so the job still needs to be fixed up a little more. They came out not too long after I purchased the deal. Maybe within a week or so. They considered our availability too. For what we needed to get done I guess the price was not too bad. The door is not really aesthetically appealing. It was not that horrible of an experience.

They successfully adjusted two old heavy doors, the third a bit less successfully (still very difficult to close). The bolts were easily attached. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well, but I still needed to vacuum later. Very friendly, very professional. This is not their real line of work, however, they are window installers! The "special" was just to make themselves better known...

Both the sales manager and the installer were professional, courteous, explained everything about the window product and delivered on time, when they said they would. The installers were very proficient and left everything clean behind them. In the beginning we had chosen a different type of window which the installer, upon measuring, said would not work. Brennan, the sales manager quickly offered us 2 options to choose from, which we did, and the windows worked out just fine. It was a pleasure having this company do work for us.

I requested and got a full refund from Angie's list since no service was rendered.

Service windows should not be on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons only, which is what I was told when they made me call directly to schedule service. Also, I had to listen to the owner tell me what else they could provide because their specialty was really window installations? I don't need windows, I just needed my door looked at. They then said they would send someone out at 6pm, but that didn't work out. And frankly, I don't want someone working in the dark after business hours. I really am not happy with Green Energy LLC.

First the positive: They were communicative, and friendly, and did adjust the bolt lock, so it is realigned properly again. Second the negatives: Green LLC send out a subcontractor, which caught me by surprise, and seemed shady to me. They didn't have the bare supplies with them. Even if supplies are not included in the deal, I would have imagined that a door-focused contractor would have sealant strips, which they could add to the bill. But instead after just five minutes in the house (I paid for TWO hours of labor) they told me I would have to buy the supplies and I would need to pay them for another job. This felt to me like a scam to get consumers to buy more, rather than a genuine attempt to work with the customers to fix their doors. Also the irony that a company called Green LLC does not have sealants with them- insulation is the number one step to making a door more energy efficient. But, then again, they send out a subcontractor. Rather than buying the deal through Angie's I would have been better off getting a different contractor, who actually would fix my doors, and probably would cost me less all in all.

They arrived promptly and assessed the problem, and found that the part that the latch catches onto had moved and needed to be reset. They fixed it quickly and now it works great. I am very pleased, because I expected to have to replace the lock.

Great ! About a year ago I had a contractor come out and give me a price to replace my old windows, but was way more then I could afford. Then one of Green Energy LLC's representatives came by my house back in April and offered me a chance to replace that terrible window at a price I could afford. He showed me all my options and worked hard for me to get what I needed at a price I could afford and ended up saving me well over $1,000. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product he was promoting and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. Gave me a good time frame too and worked around my granddaughters wedding for me : ) When the service guys came to replace the windows they were friendly and on time.Did a beautiful job and had it done in about 4 hours time. They cleaned up the work area so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. And they hauled all the old windows away.I am very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone in need of replacement windows and doors. Signed, Cheri Tolson
