Description of Work: Glass contractors did an amazing job fabricating a glass top for a kitchen table. They were on time and under budget for what I needed. I have also referred them to several businesses that have used them for emergency repairs and glass contracting, all have been very happy with the service and price!

Description of Work: We stupidly decided to use Glass Contractors due to its proximity to our house; we wanted to support a local business. It was a TERRIBLE MISTAKE to choose Glass Contractors. Long story (kind of) short: We needed a window replaced. We brought in the window frame, it was measured by one of the owners, and we paid up front. We were promised that the glass would come in within a week to 10 days, which seemed like a bit of a wait, but was acceptable. Glass Contractors ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE GLASS for our window, so our replacement was delayed ANOTHER WEEK. They were COMPLETELY UNAPOLOGETIC and UTTERLY RUDE when they called us with this information. They then called us because they HAD NO RECORD AND WERE FREAKING OUT BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT REMEMBER IF THEY HAD OUR WINDOW FRAME OR NOT. (We had it.) Again, they were EXTREMELY RUDE despite the fact that they thought they had lost our window. After all this, we brought the window frame back on the date we AGREED UPON ON THE PHONE, we were told that they in fact would NOT fix the window that day, and that we were to leave the frame. This then required us to go home and board up the window while we waited for them to get to it. We then proceeded to call them every day for A WEEK STRAIGHT, trying to get our window back!!! All told, it took A SOLID MONTH to get a window fixed... a window which we brought directly to them. Throughout the process, they were EXTREMELY, EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
