+ -1 moreThis was the second of 2 moves. I called them to return as the initial experience was excellent. The 2nd move was a little more bumpy but still exceptional service, move and cost.

+ -1 moreThey said the move could take 3 days to 3 weeks. They said they would call us at least 3 days before our stuff was going to arrive in Texas. They called us 5 hours before they arrived and we did not have a chance to get ready. They picked a storage unit 40 miles away from our house and put our stuff in it. We paid them for the services and they never gave us a key for the storage unit, they told us they would send it to us but they never did. We ended up having to pay someone to remove the lock and till this day they have not sent us the key. They were very rude when I would talk to them. They had also gave us a price when we began the move and gave us a different price when they wanted payment, it was a difference of about $1500.00
Description of Work: They moved my mother from Maryland to Texas.
