concrete repair
+ -1 moreWe wanted a stamped, colored, concrete patio done under our deck and called around to 4 or 5 companies for quotes. Christian Concrete initially gave us the best price per square foot for a stamped, 2-3 colored concrete patio. However, after they came to our townhouse they revised their estimate due to how far away they were from us and the need to move the cement down around by wheelbarrow due to our location, which I was not too pleased with. Even with that increase, their price was still the best. The work was done well and on time, however they had to complete the job on a day we weren't going to be home, which I was hesitant about. In the end the stamped patio looks very nice. Once the work was complete, the contractor kept insisting that we owed more money. Once I called him and talked him through our written contract he saw where he had made a calculation error and we were square.
Description of Work: We had a 22 x 12 foot colored, stamped concrete patio done under our deck in the backyard.
