DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. First, they refused to pull out the freezer and insisted that we had to hire an installer to pull it out for them. They said the only fix appliances, and do not pull them out or put them back. The problem is, since our freezer is a built-in unit, we cannot pull it out and leave it out because it would fall over. Since Capital would only give me a 4-hour window, that meant having an installer sit at my house until the repair guys decided to show up. They actually came once and refused to do the work because it wasn't pulled out far enough for them. The second time they came and were about to leave, my "can-do" painters pulled it out for them. Second, when they finally did fix one leg assembly, they apparently broke the other one. Even though I had told George, the "chief tech", not to leave without talking to me first, he left and didn't leave any paperwork, no invoice, no business card, nothing. When I called Capital and Bosch to complain, Capital told Bosh that whoever moved the freezer back must have broken the leg assembly (how convenient), that the "case was closed" and that they would not come out again. As an aside, the first time the employee came out, he looked at my freezer and asked if it was a washer. I should have known right then and there that it was not going to go well. Hire these people at your own risk. I finally found another appliance repair company, AA Inc, 202-638-1000, and this company will actually pull out the freezer and do the repair, and I assume will not blame their errors on anyone else. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with any repair company, ever.

When we have a problem we call them and they send someone out. We have had this contract for about 10 years now and never had a problem with anyone they have sent out before. He put the stove back after wiping it off and told my husband to try it again in about an hour. He never even opened the stove to look inside. To top it off, the card he left is for an electronics repair, like televisions and dvd players and stuff. It doesn't even say anything about appliances. We called GE back and they are sending someone else out on September 11th.
