This landscaping was excellent. They provided outstanding work, professionalism, customer service and overall outstanding finished product. I will be using them again for my next project.

I love my new patio! The installation took to full businesses days and I was able to use the patio 24 after the work was done. What I appreciate the most about the company was that the owner was only a phone call or text away if I had any questions. Everyone was extremely professional and from excellent craftsmanship, I know that they take pride in the work that they do. I would highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs!

Abel was great to work with. Abel and his team were very professional, a lot of experience, and easy to work with. He went out of his way to find the exact paver I wanted despite it going out of stock and being in short supply. This was very much appreciated. He met me at various occasions to ensure the details of the job before starting. His team was also able to include a small job to close a large gap at the door. I highly recommend best landscape and construction.

We are so happy with our newly expanded patio. Best Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the design, planning, and installation of our patio, as well as a drainage system to stop flooding in our backyard. The contractors always showed up on time, and left the job site clean at the end of the day. From the start of the project, everything went very smoothly. I was given a very competitive estimate, and the company was always quick to respond when I had questions or concerns. The owner, Abel, was wonderful. He called and checked in often with the builders, and made sure things were going smoothly. When it turned out that we were going to have to make some additional changes, the change in pricing was very fair. When some materials were unavailable due to Covid, Abel worked hard to make sure we were happy with the substitutions. Since the french drain installation, we have had no problems with runoff and flooding. Can't say enough positive things about Best Lansdcaping - 5 star high quality construction and 5 star communication and customer service!

Abel and his team are highly responsible, knowledgeable of their craft and perfectionists. Abel took out concrete in my backyard and installed eco-friendly permeable pavers that look great and absorb water. He also installed lattice in my deck, painted the whole deck and fixed the upper portion of my fence. I'll be doing additional work with him and his team. Very happy with the results and the quality of the work done.

I had an excellent experience with Abel and his team. When we hired this company, we wanted to solve some water issues (my backyard flooded constantly) and we wanted to have a nice place for the kids to play and to hang out. We cannot be happier with the results. This project involved (1) demolition of existing patio and retaining walls, (2) regrading, (3) a new retaining wall and (4) a new patio. As I said, their work was amazing, their prices are good/fair, and I would like to highlight three positive things about this company: (1) they started and finished on time (or close to), which I thought was impossible to find in a contractor. (2) They were very patient and flexible with my work. Given that this was a big project, we had to adjust our plan a couple of times, as we found new issues and understood the water problems better. (3) and definitively not least, this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. This project took place in August 2020, but Abel is still calling me (as of March 2021) to check that everything is working for me. In those phone calls, I have mentioned some details about the work (minor things that are expected in projects are big as mine), and Abel has not hesitated to send someone to fix those small things at no cost (he actually gave me mulch last time he came). This experience me me feel very confident about the quality of their work. In summary, I am very happy to recommend best landscape & construction. A high quality company with good prices that takes costumer satisfaction seriously.

Great. The team arrived on time. I supplied the mulch, they supplied the leaf removal, trimming the dead wood and remnants from last year, generally cleaning up and making everything tidy and ready to plant for this year's garden. Good communication with the owner and his team on site. I have hired them before and I will hire them again.

Terrible. After 1.5 yrs, my yard is still full of puddles of water. Mr. Riva's ignored me for mths. He finally came out after several no show's & added a pipe, vent cover & and straw. I don't have the money to pay another Co. Because I'm still in debt over this job. After talking to several contractors (one of which he talked to) I was told my yard need more pipes, gravel, dirt, etc. Mr. Riva's refuse to fix the job correctly eventhough I'm still under warranty. Dumping straw is not the answer. This co. was referred by a neighbor & after seeing the BBB & Angie's list, etc logo I thought I could trust him. I'm very unhappy & unsatisfied with this co. & the job.

I just watched one of their employees kick a small dog and laugh about it, when confronted, the worker acted tough instead of owning up animal cruelty

Best Landscaping did an outstanding job on my new walkway and drainage project. They started and completed the job on time. Abel the owner is very easy to work with and incorporated some last minute changes I asked for without any issues. This is the second project Best has done for me and I will definitely hire them again!

This company is WONDERFUL. I keep re-hiring them! They tore down and rebuilt a crumbling deck, cleaned up and mulched my overgrown borders, built a retaining wall, and dug up and repoured a crumbling concrete walkway. A+ service.

Delay in coming to home (contacted on 6/20; came to house on 6/28). Followed up with a few texts exchanging ideas. Waited for quote. Followed up again asking for quote. Wrote one last time on website contact us seeking follow through. No communications from company.

They did a really nice job. A couple of little snags on aesthetic issues, but they fixed them without charge when asked.

I would not recommend this company. They charged me $1849 for a paver walkway and the stones did not last one season without cracking. I have repeatedly texted Abel to replace the broken stones. He promises to replace but never shows up. I would not use this company for any services in the future.

Abel and his crew did outstanding work, and during every step of the process Abel was attentive and knowledgeable. When we set up the estimate, Abel gave a window for the appointment, called when he was close by, and arrived towards the beginning of that window. I had drawn up a sketch with dimensions of what I wanted the patio to look like. He marked the outline of the patio for us so that we could get a sense of the scale, and after asking us a few questions he took more precise measurements. Before he left he gave us an estimate and answered our remaining questions. He sent us a formal proposal a few days later. We got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with Abel primarily because of the positive interactions we had with him. His price was also very competitive. As soon as we signed a contract, Abel got us on the schedule and started work within a few weeks. His team did a great job and were efficient with their work. Thanks to the dry weather, they finished the project within a week. We knew that some lawn damage was unavoidable given the required machinery for the work, and once the work was completed, Abel’s crew reseeded/fertilized the parts of the lawn that were impacted. They even reseeded some bald spots that they were not responsible for. Throughout the week, Abel regularly checked in with us, and he was quick to remedy a few minor things that we brought up at the end of the project. We love our new patio and steps, and are very grateful to Abel and his team for their dedicated and superior work. If we need any other landscaping or hardscaping projects completed, we will definitely be giving Abel a call, and we highly recommend him to anyone else.

The crew was professional, on time and did great work. When done I thought we needed to increase the dimensions and they did this with some extra effort because of having to do fresh excavation next to existing tile. Overall a very good to excellent result.

The project went very well. It was completed on time and within budget as designed. Our new retaining wall is beautiful and will keep our landscaping maintained for many years to come!

When you are ready to do business, call these people. Mr. Rivas was at my home to provide me an estimate at the appointed time we set up. He followed up with me as I awaited financing and was more that willing to rewrite the original proposal for the pricing and features I wanted. He left me materials to make decisions on paver styles and color and worked out final details to enhance the effect of what I wanted. A double car driveway, new walkway extension, an existing porch and porch and walkway redone in pavers were laid and finely finished in 5 business days! His work crews don't dawdle and work purposefully and methodically to achieve a professional look and finish. No short cuts, no pulling a fast move to deliver less than what I expected and was paying for. The clean-up of their work areas was complete and thorough. Mr. Rivas and his employees earned my trust and respect for demonstrating their commitment and professionalism as craftsmen. I appreciated too, their respect for my home and property. Not one amateur showed up on this job - strictly professional!

Abel Rivas has amazing communication skills. His team was timely every day and the project was finished ahead of schedule. They removed my old wood deck and helped me redesign a gorgeous Trex deck. The deck surpassed my expectations and was completely on budget. They remove the grass and plants and laid down permeable pavers Over my whole backyard. They explained the process clearly and took incredible care to design it with the herringbone pattern I asked for. The fence was built in a day and a 1 foot extension on the retaining wall was completed Well -with care to make sure it Matched the existing wall. I highly recommend this company for your deck, patio and landscaping.

This was the second project completed for us by Best Landscape. This experience was really good once all the material arrived on site. The wall added so much depth and style to the house that people stop by and ask who did the installation. Of course I recommend Able and company for all hardscape/Landscape projects because he listens to the customer and the price is fairly reasonable.

Arrived when promised, excellent workmanship, have recommended to all my friends and neighbors.
