Description of Work: Berj completely renovated both the kitchen and bathroom of my small junior bedroom condo to my complete satisfaction. He completely transformed the look and feel after I previously rented it to tenants that had lived in it hard. Due to his work, I was able to quickly find tenants to rent my unit for about a year and was then able to sell the condo quickly upon the termination of their lease. We also requested that he paint our current house and he was able to do the job fairly quickly. I highly recommend working with him and wouldn't mind working with him in the future for additional projects we may have in mind. He is professional, courteous, and provides useful input when you are faced with too many design options, otherwise known as "the tyranny of choice."
