Description of Work: Air conditioning went out on a Saturday; left message with Area on a Saturday evening, they called right back and sent someone out Sunday; he determined problem was thermostat and recommended we purchase our own thermostat at Home Depot and gave us instructions for how to install; we did and air conditioner still did not work; we called Area back on Monday and repairman came back out after finishing another job and he quickly found that the capacitor was also bad; he installed a new one and air conditioner is now fine; he did not charge for travel time

+ -1 moreHE WAS VERY PROMPT TO RESPOND TO THE MESSAGE. HE CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY, SINCE THERE WAS A POSSIBILITY THAT WE WOULD BE WITH OUT HEAT. HE ALSO RESPONDED PROMPTLY WHEN CALLED ON A FOLLOW UP QUESTION EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A WEEKEND.
Description of Work: PILOT BURNER WAS REPLACED ON FURNACE; AS WELL AS CLEANED THE UNIT AND CHECKED THE PERFORMANCE.

+ -1 moreI CALLED AREA HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING AND RALPH IMMEDIATELY RETURNED MY CALL AND ARRANGED A TIME TO VISIT MY HOUSE. HE FIXED THE PROBLEM (BAD BLOWER MOTOR) IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING AREA HVAC.
Description of Work: MY HOME HEATING SYSTEM DID NOT WORK, IT NEEDED A NEW BLOWER FAN, I CONTACTED AREA HEATING AND HE CAME OUT WITH A NEW MOTOR.
