Professional and timely. Also received an estimate to repair a chimney that included substantial masonry repairs but we decided not to perform the work at this time but estimate appeared reasonable and in line with other companies for the proposed work.

Company inspected chimney and then provided a very expensive quote for unnecessary work -- to replace entire exterior chimney as well as interior chimney damper. Tried to scare client by saying chimney was unsafe to use. Other contractors came and inspected, and said the recommended work was unnecessary and more than double what it should cost for necessary repairs. I would never recommend this company and their unprofessional "scare" tactics to generate unnecessary work.

The men working were extremely professional and kept the work site clean. When they finished, the inside and outside were left perfectly clean---you would never know they were even there!! HIGHLY recommend !!!!

I was pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of the team they sent out. Raul informed me of the condition of my chimney, the repairs needed to have it fully functional and how much time it would take to complete. He also provided an estimate and pictures of the work needed for my chimney. The were prompt, the price was fair, the work was completed in a timely manner and a warranty was provided for work performed. I would recommend this company to anyone needing chimney work.

I responded to an ad on Angie's list for chimney cleaning for $98. After cleaning the chimney they told me I would about $2000 more work to repair the chimney, when I just had a repair made to the chimney the year before and the earlier contractors showed me pictures before and after their work. If American Professional Chimney & Masonry had showed me a picture to support their recommendation, I would have considered their recommendation was more credible.

APCM came by with what was basically a huge vacuum with a brush. Efficient, clean, professional - would definitely recommend them. Their inspection turned up some needs that we decided not to pursue but appreciated knowing about.

Arrived a little before the arranged time; worked quickly and efficiently, provided recommendations for repair and even sent out another crew with more experience with my particular issue to get a more exact estimate.

What a wonderful crew! They did an amazing job, arriving on time and working straight through until the job was completed. Even fixed the pointin goutid on the brick all the way down the chimney.

American Professional Chimney rebuilt our rooftop chimney a couple years ago. They returned once when one of the chimney caps blew off. Most recently, we needed to replace our gas water heater between Christmas and New Year's. Because we were an established customer, they worked very hard to get us an estimator on Wednesday and a crew to upgrade the flue on Thursday. We were thrilled! They also removed a disused wood burning stove and came back a week or so later (when it was warmer) to repair some cracks in the mortar of the chimney. We were so happy and grateful!!!
